MVP Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electric

Since purchasing our home last June we have had almost every major thing go belly up. We brought MVP in shortly after we moved in to replace a blower motor in our HVAC. After seeing how friendly, respectful and timely the technician was, we decided to sign up for our annual HVAC and A/C servicing with them. Since that time we have had multiple issues, many of which were identified by MVP. During our annual HVAC service the MVP guy actually pointed out a bit of mold he noticed which ended up being prevalent through the house. If he had not brought this to our attention we may have never known there was a serious mold issue that needed to be addressed. Then during the annual A/C inspection the serviceman caught an issue where the previous owners had bypassed a safety control to keep the system running longer. Again, if not caught, it could have had a very bad outcome. Also a special shout out to Josh, Jordan and Sam on the HVAC team that installed our new system. They literally had to build a whole new return air box since ours was so rusted. These guys go above and beyond to ensure your house is safe. They are very knowledgeable and share every finding they come across even if it in no way benefits them. They really do care about the customer and we have never had a bad experience with them and are a pleasure to work with.

Kenny from MVP is amazing. He is our go to guy for doing everything from from complex 240 volt 30 Amp work to simple 110 outlet electrical work. He has installed subpanels inside and outside our house, pulled new wiring to our pool equipment subpanel. Wired it all up correctly. Installed the power and switches to light the LED pool lights and run the the pool equipment at the house. Zero issues. Zero. And best of all, after it was all done, he returned on a Saturday a few weeks later in July 2022, in 102 degree heat, to make sure the newly installed automatic cover on our new pool was wired and grounded properly by the cover's installer (Kenny ran the power and switch wires to it a few weeks earlier prior to it being installed.). Sadly and scary, it wasn't wired by the cover installer correctly or grounded properly (yikes!). So Kenny, without hesitation, fixed it to make it safe for my grandkids and me. That's the kind of expert I want working around my family. Kenny is a super nice guy and explains everything to you before he does it. MVP has done lots of work at my house, including a new HVAC system, heat pump and provided power for 240 Volt heaters on my deck. They come every six months to check my HVAC. MVP is very good at what they do. And they are all nice folks. Even Rhonda who bills me is nice about it. But I will always ask for Kenny to do the electrical work at my house from now on. I had over 20 different contractors at my house for my new pool build over the course of the last 15 months. Kenny was the clear winner. Use MVP. Ask for Kenny. You won't be disappointed.

Josh was the technician who provided our service. He communicated the entire process very professionally and in laymen terms we understood. He arrived timely and stayed on task until complete. A very enjoyable experience. The 5 stars MVP earned from my rating are a direct reflection of his skill set and competence.

Tim was awesome! There were several “operator error” issues I had created that caused problems. He got everything fixed and made sure all my vents were set correctly. He gave me very useful info on future maintenance and what to look for if any issues arise. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Glad he’s on your team!

Today I had the honor of having MVP’s sewer specialist by the name of River Croft come out today for a camera inspection on a new home I am buying. First thing I noticed was how very detailed oriented River was. Second thing I noticed from the get go was he stated “ during this inspection if I fall short of providing 5 star service to be sure and stop him to let him know”. That line gave me butterflies, I’ve never heard a company say that to me while conducting services in my home. Thanks again River and I’ll be sure to pass your name along to anyone that could use your services!

Josh was quick & efficient getting my LED light fixture changed out. He also gave me a quote to put in a surge protector on my breaker box to help with power surges in the future. I am still considering that!

MVP was able to identify the problem right away and was able to get the extensive work scheduled promptly. They showed up early which worked out and completed the work in the amount of time they said it would take. I’m very happy with the results and would gladly recommend using them to others.

Customer BEWARE Alert! Customer BEWARE Alert!

This is the worst company I have ever had to do business with. They did more damage to my property than what should have been done. They are over priced, not organized, unexperienced employees using equipment, they use bad sub contractors to finish work that they promised to complete.
My sewer line collapsed Feb 2nd, 2023, I hired MVP to complete the work. That cost me over 29,000.00 They were suppose to reroute the sewer line. One of the worker named Trent dug a trench in my yard that was to wide and it started to cave. Trent hit the side of my home with the excavator and damaged my aluminum on my side window. Trent didn't even tell me nor did he tell his boss Justin the owner. Trent also hit the main water line and KC Water had to do a emergency shut down. After digging the too wide trench they realized they could not reroute the sewer line because my basement line was at 7ft and the actual sewer line was at 9 ft so the reroute would not work. Mind you at this point my yard looks like a war zone because of the rock and dirt that has been dug up. They also damaged the drive way fence when laying the rock and dirt on it.

The next day Justin the owner showed up and said they had another plans as how how they were going to handle the sewer line. They decided to do pipe bursting which I found out doing the pipe bursting would have been cheaper then doing the rerouting of the sewer line. The guy they sent to the pipe bursting name was Shawn and he did a great job and was able to put the piping in.

While MVP was digging up my yard they cracked my sidewalk and walkway to the street. They also cracked the sidewalk in front of my home with the machinery they used and don't want to take responsibility. They hired a sub contracted name B & P Concrete to fix the walkway and sidewalk and this company is even worst than MVP. They did a horrible job and tried to get over. This company laid cement like a child. Their workers left paper in my yard, the sidewalk was not even, not smooth, and not straight.
I had to call Justin at MVP for over a month and at this point MVP don't want to deal with the bad service from the people they hired. I had to stay on them..Daily and I did not get quality work done. It took them over 3 week s to complete the job.

I am working with a lawyer at this point because MVP's service and quality is BAD. They are the worst company in the world. I even had one of the employees tell me that when they got my account all they seen was dollars signs. My advise. don't use them. They promise a lot of things to just get the job done. This was the worst mistake ever. I also now have to find someone to do my yard because they tore it up.
DONT USE MVP.. They are not worth the hassle you will go through. I wish someone had told me. I'm reporting them to the BBB, the Attorney General and social media. People have to know about these bad companies that only want to give bad service but want your money.

Deondre is an incredibly awesome employee and did a superb job. He went above and beyond and even helped out with repairing a light fixture just because he’s that nice!!
