I am really happy with the service I received from (Kody Sapienza, #MVP) when he revisited my home to diagnose an issue with the Tesla wall connector charging notification.
The original installation was completed on 2 months ago. However, a few days later, I received a notification when charging at 48A, that wires are heating up and continue charge at reduced speeds. Contacted Tesla and customer support asked me to inspect the installation. Later contacted Kody Sapienza, #MVP and he immediately scheduled a time on the same day to come back and take a look.
He arrived on time and quickly inspected installation. Installation was good and didn't find any issue. He called Tesla support and spoke to them in detail. Tesla support agreed to replace the wall connector if we see any issue with it in future. I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise, and I was grateful for his quick and efficient service. Extended his responsibility to talk to Tesla support, waited with smile and completed the service request.
They are professional and reliable who provides excellent service. I would not hesitate to hire (Kody Sapienza, #MVP) again if I needed electrical work done in the future.

Mac was on time and got right to work figuring out our problem. He kept us informed as he worked. It turns out the issue is more complicated than just snaking a slow running drain, so he scheduled a follow up for further diagnosis. Satisfied with the good work.

Nick Davis is very professional and very detailed on explaining what needs to be completed and gives us good advice to maintain our HVAC and AC system.

I rarely leave a review for my technicians but he was an exception. MVP Made sure also that our technician was on time and explained beforehand what to expect before the technician gets here.

My furnace blower quit on Sunday morning called MVP. Someone returned my call with an hour set up appointment for Monday. Service man found blower locked up an a crack in the firebox. He said parts still under warranty He ordered the parts said parts should be in Thursday labor an service call $495. Gave me a $40 discount. Thursday came I call to cancel the appointment do to an family emergency. The lady told me no appointment was scheduled because the parts weren’t in I said call me when they come in. A week latter on Friday I haven’t heard from you I called She said she would have to go check an see if the parts came in. Found them in receiving because she said receiving didn’t tell anyone the parts were in an I tried to appointment for Monday but she called me back an said it would be till Wednesday. Had no choice but to wait till Wednesday. Service man showed up around 11 am it think. Wasn’t hear more the an hour an a half. An the furnace is fixe over 2 an a half weeks latter. An paid the $450 I’m not HAPPY about how long I was with out a furnace when several nights the temperature was in the 30,s an 40,s. It got pretty cold in the house in that time So I’m looking at a total of about 2 hours here to fix my furnace and the parts were under warranty I was told an the bill $450 so MVP GET ABOUT $200 an hour to work on furnaces that seems outrageous especially after I had to wait 2 weeks to get it fixed. I told the repair man my concerns he just said sorry for the inconvenience and could do anything about the charge. Well I won’t be calling MVP in the future. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Jordan, was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He explained and showed me everything that needed to be addressed with our water purifier system. Jordan, also explained the maintenance program offered by MVP and we (my wife and I ) thought it was a good program offered. So overall, I would recommend MVP services.

Brad was very professional. Anwsered all my questions and set me up with other services I was questioning about. I had questions about some electrical work and even thought he's a HVAC specialist he answered what he could and aet me up with an electrical expert. Very satisfied with my service. Used other companies in the past ( my mistake) will not happen again.

Had some issues with the pipes, and water from the kitchen sink kept backing up. Noah came in and was very professional from beginning to end. He communicated each step, explained the issue, and was very helpful with suggestions and questions we had. River also came in earlier to do an assessment and was very friendly and professional as well. Would highly recommend MVP.

I thought l'd better get my ac checked. I didn't do it last year
due to illness and death in family.
Outside unit was VERY dirty and Jari Mendoza, "J" spent a lot of hours getting it cleaned up and working. I was very impressed with his diligence and professionalism and good manners.

I spoke with 6 companies after air gave out after 20 years during a very hot spell. Ended up going nine days without air. As furnace was also 20 years old, did replacement of both. Paul, sales person, came out - very nice, extremely professional - explained everything - gave background of companies, etc. - and gave the merits of Amana - this brand which most companies don't use. Also, this company was extremely competitive in price. I also liked the front office - Rhonda - who I got to know over the odyssey of this replacement process. They did meet someone else's financing but price went up - but so did quality of furnace. There were additional features added and I was happy to use this company - nice people with best overall value I believe. This company is local company and has not been bought out and courrputed by scammy parent company. People are nice and upfront and I would recommend to anyone. Best overall experience. So nice to have air and heat again from trustworthy company.
