We had a HVAC problem. They misdiagnosed the problem TWICE (tech looked like he just got out of school yesterday). Didn't come back when they were supposed to. Because they didn't come back my electric bill was almost $300 over what it should have been. Quoted $3500, another company did the work for $600. Just one part they quoted $850, the other company quoted $275 for the same.. exact...computer... board. Seriously.... And the service guy was a snarky little snot, not once, but twice. Save your money and call someone that knows how to fix furnaces not just rob you blind.

After bids for installing a new AC and furnace, we decided to go with MVP. MVP was referred to us through a family member. We were very happy with the service and the cost. The installation went quickly and there were no unexpected expenses. I would highly recommend this company for their services.

MVP came for just a yearly service call but ended up finding something wrong. They fixed it right then and saved me half the price originally quoted. He did great work but failed to turn the thermostat back to where it was. So, I woke I the next morning and it was 60 degrees in my house!
My biggest complaint is that the technician trampled my flowers next to the air conditioning unit outside. There was stones next to the unit that could have been steeped on but instead he trampled the flowers. I don’t mean just stepped on, every single one was smashed to the ground. There is no fixing it and no way they will bloom this year.

Do not use this company. They will overcharge you to replace a flame sensor or to clean your coils. You can get the same stuff and do these things yourself for a fraction of the cost. It's worse than dealing with an auto mechanic. They'll also leave your AC unit inoperable after a maintenance call in hopes that they'll be able to overcharge you to replace a capacitor. They plugged the leads in the incorrect place on the capacitor, disabling the unit. A week of my fan running non-stop trying to cool the house off while I was out of town caused my electric bill to skyrocket. They were pretty quick to "cancel" my service agreement and completely refund the service fees, but I was still charged the monthly fee a month after canceling and was inconvenienced by having to call in again. I was completely willing to let it go until I saw MVP on my credit card statement again.

Well, once again MVP has gone above and beyond. I had a partial power outage this morning. After doing the only troubleshooting I am knowledgeable enough to manage; I threw in the towel and finally reached out to my service providers at MVP. I must admit that initially I was avoiding making another call to MVP so quickly after just having had members of your staff out to my home regarding HVAC issues. But I was quickly reminded by a family member that this is exactly why I purchased my MVP Plan in the first place. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Kody Sapienza and his understudy, Mr. Stetson Scavuzzo. They not only ran to ground the immediate outage issue (within minutes, I might add) which I was having in a portion of my home; but also, at my request conducted my annual inspection. The latter of which identified some problems I wasn’t even aware of. And just in the same manner as Mr. Branick demonstrated just a few days ago when responding to my HVAC outage; these gentlemen stepped right up to the plate with regard to their personal interaction with me and their professional conduct in identifying and correcting the problems at hand. And then to follow through with a last-minute request to inspect the electrical throughout the entire home on what I am sure was an already busy day, is exactly what going “above and beyond“ means to me. It was really great to see Mr. Sapienza discreetly take such time and care to instruct a newer member of his team on the finer points of customer service and problem-solving. But it was also refreshing to see Mr. Scavuzzo have so much drive and enthusiasm in the subject matter he was being trained in. I’m not sure if this is due to good training standards that you have instilled in your leadership team, or due to the energy, general interest and anticipation of perfecting a new skill set for the apprentice. Regardless, both of their commitment to their duties was impressive. Before their departure this dedication went on to provide me with bids on some additional services that I will be scheduling soon to ensure that my home functions at the highest performance standards, and addressing those newly identified issues of which I was unaware. There was no pushy and obnoxious sales pitch to have additional work done that I could not afford today. The items that I need to take care of in the next year were laid out very clearly. Pros and cons explained and discussed in detail, including the risk assessment/cost comparison of not addressing those areas of opportunity in a timely manner. After discussing them with the family, I look forward to scheduling those additional repairs as soon as the funds are available. And as always, my family and I look forward to our next interaction with our MVP professionals. Kindest regards, Michelle Owens.

Technician Kline was knowledgeable and analytical. He serviced 2 AC. We discussed that we could use a compressor saver and will take it into consideration and we could call him at our convenience.

We called MVP last night at 5:30 p.m. (a Sunday) because our furnace wasn't working properly, and after trying everything we could think of, it still wasn't back up. They were at our door in under 45 minutes, and our technician was done in under an hour. He even took the time to help us understand what vent went to each part of our home (something we have been trying to determine since we moved in nearly three years ago) and replace the filter. It was warm in less than an hour after the fix, too!

We were very grateful that our toddler and infant didn't have to sleep in a home without heat on a cold night. And the technician was so polite and kind throughout the entire process, while we were trying to make dinner and get our children to bed. I would definitely use this business again! Top-notch service and quality!

MVP Texted confirmation and then electrician called ahead and available earlier than expected.
Service: Had smoke detector inspection and replacement of a few faulty ones. Blaine was such a personable gentleman and patient with our questions. What an asset to MVP!

Noah was terrific. He got my drain cleaned quickly and was very professional. This was my first experience with MVP but I went ahead and signed up for their membership. Noah even went a step farther and arranged for someone to come perform an annual check of my furnace the same day and someone else is coming next week to clear the branches from inside my drain so the root of the problem (no Pune intended!) is resolved. I’m so happy to have all these pesky homeowners issues buttoned up with one phone call!

Brad and Julian replaced the heat pump/A/C condenser fan motor & tested the system both heat & cooling professionally. I was very pleased with their respectful & friendliness. I would give them 5 stars! Thank you to them both for coming out.
