The Tech was great, however beyond his control was your outrageous pricing, $438 to change out a capacitor. When using Heartland a few years ago they were very competitive and we choose them for our new furnace. I would like to issue an update, since I wrote this thanks to Joscelyn in Customer Service and Tom in Sales I have been refunded $200 against the $438 original charge. Although I think $238 for what was done is still high I am extremely grateful to these two individuals for the professionalism they showed me in helping to correct the issue. I would not hesitate to call MVP again.

My long-time HVAC company merged with MVP recently. There was no reason to worry because their technician, Glen Hatchel, immediately put me at ease while doing our routine maintenance. While doing so, he found a few issues that might shorten the life of our unit. After explaining every detail (I ask a LOT of questions!), we decided to get ahead of those issues and extend the life of our unit.

I am very happy with MVP, and look forward to working with them, and Glen, in the future! Thank you again Glen!

My sales person was Paul. He was very friendly and helpful. He was also willing to help with pricing.

We did have an issue with the furnace exhaust plumbing but this was quickly resolved with a quick call.

Main line replacement and repair, inside my basement and in the yard. This project took 3 days. From the beginning, River was up front and took the time to walk through several different options. Greg, Deondre, and Steve Dresser were great and answered all my questions in a professional and personable manner. HUGE shout out to Shawn Russell, who was the lead operator. He answered all my questions, listened to what I had to say and where I wanted this project to go in the future, and above did top quality work! He was there every step of the way. Thank you MVP! This was a huge project for me but I feel good that it is handled and I will not have to worry about main line issues again!

MVP is the company we use to service our furnace and air conditioner at our church Faith Evangelistic Center. Joshua was the service technician who came out. He called ahead and gave me an approximate time for his arrival. He was very professional and showed up exactly at the time he gave me. Joshua was very thorough and focused in performing maintenance on our air conditioner. He gave me options to enhance my system and explained why he gave those recommendations. Five stars all the way around good job Joshua!

James Brewer was a true professional for the installation of my Tesla Wall Charger. He showed up on time, explained the process, gave me options and recommendations, and completed the work in a timely manner. The installation was flawless and he was very considerate of the property while completing the work. I’m 100% satisfied and 100% recommend James and MVP!

Mac did a fantastic job assessing the situation and finding a solution for us immediately. Great customer service and we really appreciated how he addressed both me and my wife when discussing options. MVP has always had great customer service and so far Mac meets that and then some!

We can’t say enough about MVP, from the first phone call with the friendliest helpful receptionist to the quick evaluation and service from the technicians. Tim A had our entire hvac system replaced within 24 hrs. The whole team is super professional, very timely. Jamie and his team also did a great job. We are so happy that we chose MVP !

Bill Brehm performed yearly service on my a/c unit. He is the first one to explain some of the issues that would cause problems in the coming years. He gave me options to prolong the life of my unit. He also gave me some other options to help my HVAC perform better. He installed a new humidifier. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ so happy with his work! I will ask for Bill again!

The have a great team that knows what they are doing. I hired them for a main drain cleaning but it didn't work so they didn't charge me. Zach looked around and find some other plumbing issues. He noticed the toilet was running so he checked it. The flap was not lined up or too small. He said he could change it but accidentally broke something so he had to change out everything in the toilet which took a bit.

He fixed the toilet but I had to pay $99 which seemed a bit high since I only needed a $3 toilet flap. Zach did find out that I had serious leaks in old pipes and he clearly knows plumbing plus he is a nice guy I enjoyed talking with. I just wish I knew it was funny to cost me that much because I can fix basics toilet issues myself! I would use them again but will ask costs before I let them do anything and if they break something I expect them to be a little more reasonable on what they charge me to fix it!
