After Pro Platinum disappeared with 6 years of my warranty and no way to communicate with them, I drove over there. They were completely gone. However next door from their present t shirt shop, was Town and Country.

I talked to them about a maintenance program and it seemed very reasonable.

I scheduled, Zach Terry came over . He was a good guy and got it done. I then paid for the plan Happy I switched now although I had to switch to someone. Happy with T and C. Seems like they will do great.

Town and country has been servicing my boiler for several years. They are always prompt and efficient. They will make sure the boiler is ready for a new winter by cleaning the ignitor and or making any repairs needed.

Josh has been out twice, once for a service call and once to make the repair needed per the service call discovery.
He is experienced, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and a great person.
Every experience I have had with this company has been terrific!
