We’ve been using Town & Country as our HVAC company for 3+ years now and have the yearly maintenance contract. They email you to set up your appointment in spring and in the fall. You get an email with the name and photo of your technician when they are on the way. They are always on time, very friendly and knowledgeable. Our system is 19 years old and I know the only reason why it is still running is due to the maintenance and attention we give it twice a year. Town & Country are the ONLY company I recommend.

They do a great job of letting you know when they are on their way to your home and then did a great job prepping my furnaces and AC for the upcoming season.

Town and Country does a great job with communication and booking. I have had a good experience with all of the technicians I have had. My furnace was not working and they had me scheduled, replacement part delivered and repaired in less than 24 hours. Everyone I have interacted with at the company has been very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

They fit me into their schedule within hours of my initial phone call and had the parts they needed on their truck to repair the system so our A/C is up and running again! We had another great maintenance call with Town & Country Heating and Cooling Co., Lenexa, KS. Got us ready for the upcoming winter season. Our technician Josh T is very knowledgeable and takes great pride in checking and adjusting everything that will keep our furnace running as efficiently and smoothly as possible that will increase the life of the furnace and help keep our bills down too. Also had him install a new thermostat that we can control on our smart phones. We’ve been very pleased with Town & County and their very well trained and friendly staff, we just renewed our service plan for another year. Great price, and should we have any emergencies, we get preferred servicing and pricing!!!

Routine maintenance was comprehensive and technician suggested a few improvements that made a big difference. Very satisfied with service.
