Great company, Very good at their job and are priced competitive

A few years back we had Town & Country replace our our A/C and furnace. The new equipment ran so efficiently that my electrical bill dropped significantly despite my old unit being just 15 years old. We have them come out twice yearly to check our units prior to A/C and heating season. Their service team does great work, cleans up the equipment, checks the refrigerant charge, and makes sure everything is working properly. Our A/C coil sprung an leak and Town & Country replaced it for no charge as it was still under warranty three years after original installation.

Town and Country is awesome. They do a great job every time and their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and are always on time and responsive. This is the way companies are supposed to work and I’m going to be a customer of theirs for life as long as they keep it up!

When my warranty company bailed on me, Town and Country came to the rescue! They installed a new AC unit within 24 hours in 104 degree temperatures. Professional, prompt, friendly, can't say enough.

Riley B. arrived exactly on time and listened respectfully and carefully to the problem I was having with my heating system. He checked the furnace and the thermostat, and then correctly diagnosed and solved the problem. (The thermostat was defective and he installed a new one.) The first company I called (who installed the furnace) sent a salesperson along with the repair tech and she tried to hard sell me on all kinds of things I didn't want or need. The tech said my furnace was defective to the tune of thousands of dollars. He never even checked the thermostat despite my description of the problem. So after this very upsetting first call, having Riley B. and Town And Country was a godsend. I now have new HVAC company that I trust and enjoy doing business with. I highly recommend Town And County Heating & Cooling!!
