Ian came out to work on my Mini-split A/C unit for our Great Room, he repaired it quickly, was very fair on the bill. He was even a bit early! Ian takes care of two businesses that are friends of my wife and I, we hear good reports of their work from them.

Awesome experience! Andrew came the same day to fix our air conditioner. He took the time to explain to me (in layman terms) the part that needed replacing, showed me how he knew and laid out the price upfront. Very friendly and professional.

I have not been disappointed. Andrew normally does my annual AC and furnace inspections. He's never "built the ticket", a practice my former service company was really good at. The owner him self showed up! What, this never happens! I needed maintenance done on two furnaces. He was willing to take time and educate me on my equipment and why it is important to have it serviced. Both for efficiency and longevity.

We had called several claiming to be 24/7 hour companies and none of them were going to come out. Thanks to Angela and Patrick for coming at 1 am and got it done and running by 3 am. Very friendly and professional people and we will definitely use them again.
