Priced Right Heating & Cooling

Our furnace quit last night with the temp outside at 9 below. We called Priced Right and he suggested trying a couple of things first and we followed his guidance...it worked! Our filter was really bad even though we had replaced it in the fall and putting a new one in did the trick. He advised that the systems had been running more than usual so the filter needs to be changed more frequently. Wow, no service call or expense. We will definitely use them when we have service needed because I already trust them and they haven't even come out yet.

Called in the morning after having the AC go out overnight and waking up to and 80 degree + house. Said they would be there early afternoon but where able to rearrange things to get there only a couple hours later. Within an hour the tech was able to diagnose and fix the issue and get our AC up and running again. Now my wife can come home to a cool house. Great service for a fair price. Will definitely use them again should anything else arise.

My husband and I just recently bought a new (used-built in 1985) house. We love the house, but hate the fact that the upstairs bedrooms are 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. I thought zoning might be a solution, so i called price right to get an estimate. Based on the age of our house, Jim explained to me on the phone that zoning would probably not be the best solution, but he would be willing to come over and "take a look". Jim, spent about 45 minutes with us on a Saturday morning during which he didn't sell us a thing. He simply offered his advice on how he would go about solving the problem. As it turned out, his solution didn't even involve his company doing the work. During his visit, we also discovered that our outside AC unit's cooling fins were extremely dirty and clogged. He explained the dirty fins by themselves were probably costing us a lot of money. He also explained to my husband how to clean them. My husband and I really appreciate Jim's honesty and straight forward advice. Although we didn't actually pay for any services, I plan on contacting him if we need any AC or Furnace repairs in the future.

Fantastic company! Hottest day of the week and Jim came out and diagnosed my AC in 5 minutes installed a new capacitor and had me up and running in 30 minutes. More than fair pricing! Highly recommend Priced right heating and Cooling!

Our 20+ year old HVAC went out and we knew it was time to bite the bullet and get the whole system replaced. We had six different companies provide quotes. Priced Right was almost $2k cheaper than some of the larger companies in the KC area for comparable HVAC setups. I requested a quote via Yelp and received a response within the hour with an approximate cost. When Jim came out to provide an official quote, he was in and out within 30 minutes or less, which I appreciated with our busy schedules. I never felt pressured into the purchase. The company is professional, but also offers very competitive pricing. It's a win-win!

Paul found a large flue pipe that had fallen apart during his regular maintenance. The exhaust fumes were probably in our house for days. Paul graciously changed his schedule and replaced the pipe right away. He is always pleasant to work with!

We had a Lennox system installed today. We were very pleased with the professional work of Jim and his team. All were very polite and considerate taking extreme care not to mess up the house and cleaning up after themselves. Additionally, they arrived on time and did not stop until they were finished.

I have worked with Priced Right twice this summer. Our first contact was to keep our old system limping along for as long as possible. The second was when our old system failed. We have used Priced Right Heating and Cooling for a few years to help maintain our 25 year old system after being referred to them by our warranty company. After determining that it was time for an upgrade we did our due diligence and received three quotes from three different companies; two of which were the biggest in our area. Much to our delight, Priced Right came in with the best price and soon we contracted with them to replace our entire HVAC system.

During the installation process, Jim (the owner) was on site the entire day to make sure that the installation was done correctly and up to his high standards. It was a great feeling to know that the person responsible for selling the product and making promises about its installation was also the one to help install it and to ensure those promises were kept.

The crew he brought was very courteous and did everything they could to get the system installed with as little disruption as possible. They had a tough job getting a system installed into a tight spot but the end results are amazing. They went above and beyond what I expected and my wife and I could not be more happy with the way our system works and looks!
