Jim and Paul are great. They have helped us several times - including coming out quickly during the evening to get our heater working. We recently decided to replace both our heater and AC and are very glad we went with Priced Right for the job. They communicate clearly, answer any questions and are in general upfront and easy to work with. I highly recommend Priced Right for maintenance, repairs and installations.

We've been using Priced Right for just over 3 years, mainly whenever our AC/furnace had some sort of issue (they both were at least 20 yrs old); however within the last month they installed not only a brand new AC, but also a new furnace.

My discussions with Paul about recommended brands, and what to look for in a system was informative, and he never hesitated to answer any questions I may have had.

When I met with Jim to discuss models and bids, it was very low pressure and reasonable.

Needless to say, I will be a customer of theirs for as long as they are in business (which I hope is for an extremely long time).

I found Priced Right while researching companies to replace our 18 year old furnace and dead a/c. Jim came out and gave us a quote. He looked everything over, explained the options, and left it with us. Absolutely no pressure to decide then and there. His price was good so we didn’t look anywhere else. He and two others did the installation. They were just as nice as Jim. Took them less time than they said it would. They left the basement cleaner than they found it. It’s been a couple of months and we’ve used both the heat and a/c. We’ve not had any issues. It’s so nice to find a company that is a pleasure to work with.

Jim and his crew did an excellent job installing the furnace a couple of years ago. Today, on the coldest day in many many years (-4 below zero), I woke up to the furnace not working! I figured out that it was choked for air because I forgot to replace air filter after doing dusty construction work in the house recently. So it was running pretty much all night and finally entered a fault state due to poor air flow. I fiddled around with it and couldn't get it to reset, so I called Jim in the early morning. He walked me through a couple of steps and we got it back up and running. That is a great example of the excellent customer service you will get from him. Most companies would have insisted on making a service call and charging me to reset it, but Jim helped me out at no cost and even called back a little later to be sure I was all set. I highly recommend Priced Right and as a matter of fact, I already have before this happened. Thanks again Jim!

Our neighbors raved about Priced Right and we needed some serious help with our units. So we checked them out. These guys were seriously amazing from start to finish. During the estimate, Jim walked us through everything with such patience and made sure we understood it all. He made sure we got the unit that fit our needs best. Talking to him is like talking to a friend, he's not pushy or salesy like other estimates we got, but genuinely cares that we get our needs meet and that the work gets done right. All of the guys that helped with the install were super friendly, respectful and hard workers and got done really fast.

The name Priced Right really fits. He was unbelievably more affordable than other places, even after one place offered a "free furnace." And for their exceptional service, you cannot beat them

I began using Priced Right H&C about a year ago and have been very happy with their service, so when it was time to get bids on a new system I asked Jim to give me a quote. We liked his quote, his knowledge, and committment to getting us the right system and making certain we were happy with the product. Jim and his team arrived on time and got to work installing our new system. It all went smoothly and they did not leave until they were confident everything was in working order. I've been looking for a few months to replace my heating and cooling system. After getting quotes from 10+ companies, I found Priced Right to have to best price in town. Before the installation, I had many questions about the various parts of heating and cool system and Jim was very patient in explaining everything to me. When Jim and the guys came to my house to install the heating/cooling system they were careful in not getting my carpets dirty and did a wonderful job in cleaning up after the installation. They all worked very hard to insure that the job was done right. Jim is a great guy, he truly cares for his customers and tries to give them to best service. Price Right is hands down one of the companies that is out there.

We had Jim and his crew from Priced Right Heating & Cooling out last week to replace two1984 furnaces and a/c units. The price was great for two Trane furnaces and two Trane condensing units. The work was performed in one day. The guys were conscientious and friendly. I'm so impressed and happy with their work. I also really respect the lack of up-selling - there was none! Priced Right is the only Heating & Cooling company we will use from now on!

Priced Right has been our Heating and Cooling company since we moved to Overland Park 3 years ago. Not long after moving here we had a problem with our furnace in the middle of winter. I searched for a company on the internet, contacted several and none could come out for a day or two. I searched on as the house was getting colder and colder and I came across Priced Right and called them. Jim, the owner, answered and said he could come out later that same day! He easily found the problem and took care of it. He explained that it was a dirty flame sensor and that cleaning it was a part of their regular maintenance program. I told him that from now on he was my guy and I signed up for the regular fall and winter maintenance program which makes you a preferred customer. Since that first visit, we had them replace our humidifier, have had regular fall and winter maintenance and had another issue easily fixed. They are always prompt in answering the phone or returning the call promptly and come out very quickly. About a year ago I recommended them to my daughter when she had a furnace problem and she was amazed as well at their prompt service. Jim couldn't provide better customer service, it has been second to none. Paul, one of the technicians, is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and is really good with my dogs! He's just a great person! I highly recommend them and I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.
