Love this company!! Jim and Paul took great care of us when we needed to replace our 30 year old furnace last week. Paul came and did a repair on that furnace on a weekend a few years ago and did a wonderful job then... that’s how we knew to give them another call when it was time to replace the whole system. They worked hard all day to get it and our AC replaced properly. They were so friendly and honest through the entire process. The new system works amazingly well and looks sharp. I’d highly recommend this company to everyone!

Our central AC quit yesterday evening and we had a hot, humid night. This morning, on the recommendation of a fellow Homeowners Association Board member, I called Priced Right. By early that same afternoon, the technician was at our house and quickly determined what was wrong. Fortunately, the problem turned out to be a relatively inexpensive starting capacitor. The technician had the part in his truck so he replaced it on the spot. After cleaning the condensor, he started the unit, checked the refrigerant pressures and the rest of the system. The bill was very reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for any HVAC maintenance.

Priced Right Heating & Cooling did a terrific job. When my furnace went out, Jim made time to come over and give me a quote during his lunch break. We got put on the schedule to our replacement just a few days later. The guys showed up right on time and immediately got to work. Jim and his team did a great job, the equipment and the workmanship looks great! If they saw an issue they went ahead and fixed it properly either by repairing or replacing additional pieces which i greatly appreciate rather than just leaving it and performing a "Band-aid" repair. Very happy with the install, the customer service, and of course their price is hard to beat! Will certainly keep using Priced Right for future repairs, services, and installs. I will always recommend them to friends and family needing heating and cooling work without hesitation! Thanks Priced Right for doing a great job!!!

What a great company to do business with. Our AC unit quit working on Father's Day weekend. We were impressed and so thankful that Jim (owner) came out on Father's Day and was able to get our unit going until we could get a new unit installed. It was on borrowed time at this point. He had a very nice application for showing us replacement options. We ended up replacing both the AC and the furnace due to their age. Jim and his crew installed our new system at the end of the following week. They showed up at 8:00 and were done by 3:30 the same day. They did a great job and were extremely clean. The quality of the installation was top notch. It's such a great experience to deal directly with the owner and know that he is part of the installation process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed by Priced Right Heating & Cooling. Jim was honest with me and sold me the right air conditioner and furnace for my house. He didn't try to up-sell me with something I didn't need. And his quote was very competitive - likely the best in the area. Honest and Trustworthy - We bought our home in Shawnee in January 2016 as part of our relocation from Ohio. I had two other well-known, local HVAC service companies complete work on our system before finding Jim and his team at Priced Right Heating & Cooling. When it came time to replace our furnace, my neighbor recommended Priced Right, and I'm glad he did. Jim is a forthright problem solver. He's not a "Comfort Consultant" (aka salesman). Jim, and his team members, are respectful and courteous. We had a great experience from the beginning.

Jim and crew did an outstanding job. My 27 year old furnace went out on a Sunday, which happened to be the coldest day of the year. I called him when others wouldn’t answer and he was out to my house within a couple hours. I ended up going with a new system and he was here first thing Monday morning completing the install. I couldn’t be happier with his knowledge, competitive pricing, professionalism and overall service. Highly recommended!

My wife and I are beyond happy with the service we received from Jim. Jim was open and honest during the quote process for a new A/C and furnace. He educated us on what would work best for our home. He came out a second time to talk with my wife and I and answer our questions before we made our decision. Priced Right offered the best combination of price and service. Our 25 yr old furnace went out, and we initially talked with a larger HVAC company. They only offered one type of system and were pricey. Our neighbors recommended we try Priced Right. When I called Jim, the owner answered, and said he could be out that day to give us a quote. He was kind, knowledgeable, and not pushy. We ended up getting a better system for a better price. They even sent us delicious cookies for choosing them. Overall a terrific experience.

When I was trying to decided whether to repair or replace my very old AC and furnace, I got bids from four companies. Priced Right Heating and Cooling came highly recommended by a colleague and a neighbor. I decided to replace the system, and not only was Jim's bid the lowest (with better equipment than the others), but I felt the most comfortable doing business with him. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions with patience, and didn't try to up-sell me. The estimate happened late Friday afternoon, I called to schedule the job Saturday morning, and they showed up bright and early Monday morning. Very professional and polite service, and they laid down drop cloths to keep my home clean. I feel great about my decision to do business with Priced Right Heating and Cooling, and will definitely continue to use them in the future.
