Merts Heating & Air Conditioning

I recently had my rather old AC cleaned and examined by Mertz. I was told it was still going strong but could use a little help and I could further extend it's life by adding some additional parts. I agreed. My AC is working wonderfully and I am delighted to get more years from my AC. I had both Jesus and Eric work on this project. They were both top notch repairmen and did a superior job. I am very happy with the continued good service I receive from this company.

I am so thankful for this reliable company. In the past I have had nothing but bad experiences with HVAC companies but Adam was amazing. It seemed like we knew each other for years. When he was leaving he even said it was nice meeting me. This is my go to company for all my future needs.

They called before the Technician arrived. Gave me his name. Adam was kind and courteous. Very respectful. He checked the water heater and furnace. Performed maintenance on both. Because of Adam I would recommend Merts.

I have used Merts before and they were great. On this service call Jimmy S. came out. He was professional and listen to my concerns. He laid out all my options and he didn't push any options. He gave his opinion on all and let me make my own decision

I had an issue with my furnace where it wouldn't start. Called a few other places they told me 2 months wait time. Visited the Merts site contacted their chat and they got me in the same day. The tech came in checked things out fixed the issue and did a great job.
