Merts Heating & Air Conditioning

On the eve of a big winter storm (and Christmas weekend) where temperatures are expected hit low single digits I discovered an issue where my furnace was not staying on. I called Merts at 9:45 am and a repair tech was here by 11:00 am. He discovered the cause of the problem, replaced a defective part, and performed extensive cleaning/maintenance on the furnace, as well.

Service is always awesoem! Ryan M came out and got my air conditioner back up and running. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything he’s doing and what he found.

The servicemen that came out were very professional! They respected my property and resolve my issue in a timely fashion.

The one star was only selected because that’s the only way a review can be made. Truthfully they are a zero and don’t deserve the rating that they are currently at. If you really want them to take your money like nothing, go with them. Otherwise, go with a different provider. In the event that there is an emergency “the phone line is down” will be an excuse and you’ll need other alternatives. Their management is horrible to the point where they speak over you and hang up on you. They show no empathy. It would’ve been kinda nice to hear that they would try to improve their phone line even though I would’ve not trusted that. No resolution was made on their behalf. We had services with them and two months after we had issues. Like how? Everything was looking good, it was a regular maintenance visit. Save your time by reading this review. Thank me later.

My water heater was leaking and Ryan came out to evaluate what was going on. He was able to get it replaced that same day. Jose did a great job with the installation. I was even more appreciative when he had to come back because of an unusual circumstance. He was friendly and professional and made sure to get it right for me.

Called a competitor first because they in my community. Didn't get the level of professionalism or service I expected, so I called Merts. Totally different experience from the moment the call was answered. Great customer service and quick service. Jake showed up and I explained the problem. He was very courteous and professional. What I thought was a problem turned out not to be the heating system at all. I paid $89 for the best service call that didn't include the work I called for ever. Jake's investigative work probably saved me $1000+. Merts is now my go-to HVAC company

Frank cameout to check out my furnace that had stopped working. He was professional and thorough, explaining everything that he was doing at that time. When he found that the problem was more expensive than originally expected, he went over my options and let me make an informed decision.

Jose-Blaze and Javier installed new furnace-new AC and new hot water tank. They are very friendly and professional. They explained to me everything they did. Very nice job!

The technician was professional. When he entered my home he brought booties to place over his shoes. This was very thoughtful as it was raining and I didn't want my carpet to get wet. He later explained the work he had performed on my furnace. He appeared to care about customer satisfaction.
