Quality Service Inc. Heating & Cooling

Called at them around Feb 2nd. They came looked at my dishwasher said i needed a pump and he would order it have it by the end of the week. I get a call a week and a half later saying I can be put on the schedule for the 20th with a window of 1000 am to 1pm. 1pm rolls around and I have not heard anything so i call. I get put on hold and told they are running behind and I said thats fine please let me know a ETA, she said she would call me back. No call back. I call at 410pm and THEY ARE CLOSED. not answering phones. Completely unprofessional. I would not have had a issue had they called saying they were running behind but I myself had to call. TWICE. Please save your self the headache and do not use them. Waited almost a month for a NO CALL NO SHOW

The office called to give me an approximate time for the repairman's arrival. He called when he was about 10 minutes away. He arrived in uniform and showed ID. He quickly spotted my problem and repaired it. He then cleaned up after himself. The price was reasonable.

I had been without heat for over a week and the temperature in my house felt like it was 10 degrees. After several unsuccessful attempts with Nicor Solution to get service, I was finally able to get a service request in from one of their own technicians but he ended up not being able to keep my much needed appointment and sent my request to Quality Service Inc Heating, Air & Appliance Repair for next day service. I contacted them and spoke to the most courteous representative named Selena. Even though my repair request was sent with incorrect information and not as an emergency due to not having heat, she went the extra mile to get one of their technicians to come and service my unit so I could have heat. The technician came out in spite of all other repairs he had scheduled. He was polite and professional. He was informative and went straight to the source of the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. I was so appreciative of the quality, professional, and quick service provided. Most of all, I am so appreciative of the empathy and concern they showed through their actions. I highly recommend them in every capacity.

I have been using this company for years. Mike fixes everything I break. He has worked on my washer, dryer, heater , air conditioner and water heater. If he can’t fix it, it’s unfixable! Always fair pricing and great friendly service. I have even had him come out to my son’s house to repair things as well. At one of my former employer’s offices my boss was having A/C issues and he came right out and got us up and running again.
