If I could I would subtract stars. This company is one of the worst companies i have ever deal with. They came out twice to my home to fix my LG appliance. The last time they told me they have to order a part that LG was sending. When i called back 2 months the ticket was closed and the part was never ordered. They told me that LG was supposed to send me the part. So let me get this straight LG is supposed to send me a part when I never spoke to LG, never deal with LG. So they are supposed to send me the door then what? i wait and look at the door? The company closed the ticket so they can get paid. All they cared about is the money to get paid for he call. There final response we will refer you back over to HomeDepot to have them send out a qualified LG technician. So then i wasted all that time with an unqualified, unprofessional company. DONT WASTE UR MONEY OR YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY BELIEVE ME NOT WORTH IT.
I have used this company many times, and have also referred everyone I know to them. They are very professional, prices are unbeatable and the technicians are always so friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any appliance repairs.
Ordered Emergency service on my ac. No Call/No Show. Not cool to have an Emergency and leave us stranded in 90 degree homes. If they can't make it they should call so we can find someone who can fix it fast. Hire more staff. If I was their manager, they would be written up or fired. Nobody appreciates no call/no shows. We too have to run or lives.
