He explained what the problem was with our furnace and what the repair cost would be. There was no high pressure.
Kelly, the office employee I spoke with was also very professional and friendly. Couldn't ask for better service.

I’ve been a Lansing Heating and Air Conditioning customer since I moved to Lansing in 1994. There’s a reason for that: quality courteous service that doesn’t require the sale of a body part. They explain what’s going on and give you options as well. Today, the comedy team of Rich and John came out to clean the A/C unit and repair the house fan. Due to the age of the house fan, I was anticipating bad news. These clever fellas got everything in tip top shape AND were hilariously funny as well. You can’t beat that with a stick! Thanks Lansing Heating and Air Conditioning for yet another terrific outcome.

My AC went out last summer on a 95+ degree day, I called that evening when I noticed my vents blowing warm air (after business hours) and left a message. Got a call later in the evening that they would be out the next morning to take a look.

They were there around 7:30 am and fixed a capacitor in the outside box, and even did the warranty paperwork with the manufacturer (Carrier) and only charged me for the labor!

These guys are the real deal!!!!

Was able to get a same-day visit (1-3pm window), but they were late and never called. I called the office at 2:40p for a status check and got the answering service. Left a message, and no one returned my call, so I called back and cancelled, not knowing when or IF? they would ever show up since no one called back. Then after I cancel, he shows up about 3:30p? And he uses the excuse that since they "squeezed me into the schedule" I should be grateful??? Totally unacceptable! It's important for businesses to respect my time! Not to mention they charge almost twice as much as other companies - terrible customer service...won't use again...

The guy driving this company vehicle completely cut me off and was inches away from hitting my vehicle as I was trying to merge into the right lane.

Completely unacceptable and completely unprofessional.

He even gave me a look as he cut me off and stared me down with a mean look as I was simply trying to merge into the other lane.

I hope this company looks into this. If he's the company owner then I'd like for you people to know what kind of guy you're hiring.

This team is absolutely amazing! Our 25 yo AC died suddenly, right before a heat wave. Not only were they able to make it out the same day we called (morning after it died), but they did a full assessment, gave us our options and recommendations. Ultimately we purchased a new unit through them, which they were able to get scheduled and installed asap (this happened Friday of Memorial day weekend, so the earliest install was the following Wednesday). Since we had no AC, we were prioritized on the schedule. Their team of 3 came out for the install, were prompt in arrival and took all of 2-2.5 hours to remove our old one and install the new one. They were professional, friendly, prompt/efficient in their work, and cleaned up during/after. Highly, highly recommend for your AC needs. We're already planning/ saving for them to replace our furnace next year as that's got limited time left too. Definitely call Lansing Heating & Air Conditioning!

Rich was amazing from start to finish. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and even walked me through every aspect of the repair. He offered solid advice on how to maintain my unit and decrease overall costs. He was very knowledgeable and he left me feeling reassured. They have earned a customer for life!

Great people from Kelly in the office, to Todd-gave us an estimate, to the crew of Rob, Ben, and Corey. All were professional, explained things, helpful. The crew was on time. They were professional, and friendly. Answered all our questions, explaining things well. Nice work, nice cleanup. Pride in their work. We were very comfortable with them being in our home. We are now very comfortable with our new furnace and are confident we will be comfortable this coming summer with our new air conditioner.
