Van Drunen Heating & Air Conditioning

Needed a custom fabricated piece made for an RV. Many places were not able to fabricate the piece I needed. Van Drunen was not only able fabricate the piece, but they did it in less than a week. Their pricing and customer service was superb. Will definitely be using and recommending Van Drunen in the future.

Van Drunen set me up with new AC in two days! Keith came to my house on Monday and new install completed by Wednesday 12pm. Efficient service with efficient AC!!! Very nice people to work with.

I needed a new furnace and air conditioner to be installed. I received 13 estimates, but the owner of Van Drunen came to my home with a picture I.D.
I was very impressed and liked what he stood for and trusted him more than any of the others who came by and quoted. They ended up installing 2 furnaces and a/c units. Since then, every time I've needed service, Van Drunen was who I would call. Their service techs have been very nice and always described what and why they were doing it.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs service or new units installed.

The service I received today was professional and the timing was perfect. I have not replaced a heating unit in 10 years, so naturally the cost was a little shocking! Installed new hvac systems, could not be happier with service. My experience with Dan and Derrick was great, Keith took time to come after work to give estimate on his way home. Professional service and installation of new AC and Furnace system. Not an easy installation, but Installers took great care to make sure it was done right and meet out concerns. Great work!

Not happy at all, when I called the office to make an appointment and was very clear about my issues that I was having regarding my current heat in my home. The gentleman was polite and told me the price for them to come out and diagnose the problem, I agreed to the service fee and had no issues. I paid they $94.00 service fee after that technician called his boss to ask some questions regarding my heating situation to clarify his findings ( the technician was very helpful and polite) but during that phone call his boss asked how long he was at my home. The technician said about a hour, to find out when he hung up with his boss. He was told by his boss to charge me a hourly fee of $134.00 that he was here, when I called to make the appointment I was not told in any way that there will be a hourly rate on top of the service charge to come out. I was charged a total of $228.00 for no work done.

Called Van Drunen today with a furnace issue and they came an hour later! Fixed the problem immediately and all is well. Extremely friendly and professional service. 10/10 would recommend!

Our furnace died on us on a saturday and we called the same day. They came out and the same day they installed our new furnace. In addition they were very helpful and informative in helping us with the financing. I would reccomend this company to anyone.
