Rashad came out and did over and beyond my expectations. This was my first time and doesn't seem like my last. Thanks Rashad me and the fam are nice and cool.

Would give rashad 0 star if possible. r said hed be there at 11am. Called him a 11:15, his excuse was he got a call @ 5am. (How does that effect me?) r said hed be there at 1. Called r @ 1:30, r's excuse was stuck in traffic coming from oakbrook. Next time I called r when he wasnt there when he said he would be his excuse was his tire. Next time I called r when he wasnt there when he said he would be he wanted to know if I still wanted service. When r finally got here I asked him how does somebody calling @ 5am jump ahead of me? r seemed to pretend to not understand the question. What r told me didnt answer the question. Let r know there is nothing we can do then. r left.

Rashad came out at 2:30am on Christmas eve took his time and made sure my family and I had heat. He was here within 30 minutes of my call. Very pleasant and personable. I will be using him for future projects.

My a/c went out, and when I got home it was later in the evening. My home was 88 degrees inside on a very hot day, so I needed someone to come out asap. I used google and Rashad was the first one to pop up with a 5 star rating. When I called he was very polite and professional. I wasn’t sure what the issue was and how much it was going to cost me but he never tried to get over on me by telling me it was something that it wasn’t. And he charged a very fair price for his service. Would definitely recommend him if anyone calls me looking for someone in my area. Very honest businessman who was a savior to me and my family.

I am so happy I came across rashad. He is amazing. He is very knowledgeable about hvac system and trustworthy. I will definitely use again for my hvac needs and will recommend.
