Todd came out to give us a quote on replacing our Heating and AC system. He was knowledgeable and educational and the price was right! Ben and Rob came out and replaced everything within one day. Both installers were very nice and courteous. They took the time to explain why they had to install some things the way they did. Called at around 9:30 AM. They had someone on site by 10 AM. Issue was resolved by 10:30 AM. Great customer service and decent price for coming out.

This company has serviced my AC, water heater & etc. for the past 15 years. They are honest, prompt, friendly and, quite frankly, the very best. Yesterday my AC quit at 3:00 a.m. so I called expecting to leave a voicemail. Instead, I got a real live person and my technician, Rich, called back at 4:45 a.m. By noon we were up and running again! How and where do you beat that for service?

My furnace was not operating safely, I called Lansing Heating and after discussing my options , I decided to replace my furnace. Rob and Ben came out and did a Great !! job installing a new one . The rebates on this furnace were a big help. Thank You for help keeping my family safe.

Very professional, arrived the same day that I called for someone to fix my Air-conditioning and Furnace. Rich was extremely knowledgeable/ skilled at detecting and fixing the problem, very friendly and personable. I will use them again.

Rich and Ben were very professional and did an excellent job. the only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t wear their masks and they stated they we’re not vaccinated. When you come to someone’s home whether they’re wearing a mask or whether they say anything to you about wearing a mask it should be Worn. It should be Standard procedure.
