Tim from Lansing Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. came out to do a cleaning of my furnace. Tim was on time, courteous, professional and very helpful. I let him know that I had done some some repairs to the furnace, replaced the humidifier filter and installed a hose from the humidifier to the drainage pipe prior to his visit.

Tim assessed what I did, complimented me on what I did and provided helpful information on the proper maintenance of the furnace and humidifier moving forward. He was also able to clean my furnace efficiently and checked for CO2 levels as well, which thankfully were not present. I really felt satisfied with Tim's work, professionalism, his constructive advice, the maintenance plan he recommended and the affordability of the services. I would recommend this company and the service Tim provided to anybody interested.

We have used this company for jobs that we’ve requested on both our furnace and cooling system and each time that the team has come out, they’ve been able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem. We’ve been working directly with Rich as our technician for each service call; he truly goes over and beyond. While doing a repair outdoors, he noticed something that needed attention that was completely unrelated to the job that we hired him for…that’s some genuine service there! I’ve used Lansing Heating and Cooling in the past for maintenance of my furnace and appreciated the service. This time around, I called them on a 90 degree day because my AC stopped working properly. I was hot and horrified at the thoughts of potential costs to fix the issue. I called the operator at the business and Rich, the technician, returned my call immediately. He was personable and walked me through a few tests before determining he would need to come out. He came out the next day, as promised, and was able to fix the problem without me spending my life savings. :-) Rich was professional, funny, personable and informative. I will continue to use Lansing Heating and Cooling and pass the word.

I found their services in The Times best of the region. Now i can see why they were voted number 1. This company came out and sold us immediately. Very professional yet personable! They put in a new furnace and air conditioner. Both servicemen Ben and Rob were great I cant say enough about them. I will recommend this company to my friends and family. Their service is excellent. We have used them since we moved into this house 38 years ago. They recently installed a new air conditioner system and then replaced our heating system. This time we got on another plan for maintenance yearly. So happy we did. Scheduling is simple also the phone receptionist is friendly and accommodating.Rich and Todd are the best. We needed service on our furnace. Rich came out the same day and was very thorough and professional. He found cracks in the heat exchanger, a potential danger. Furnace & AC were 26 yrs old so we decided to replace both. Excellent follow-up by Rich. We had new units installed very promptly by Rob and Ben. Both were very professional and thorough with installs and familiarizing us with units. Rob found an issue with main circuit breaker arcing and suggested we have an electrician check it. We wouldn't have known of this safety issue without Rob checking. We have been very pleased with everyone and will definitely continue to use them. We recommend this company!

We had the pleasure of working with Rich he was definitely a great help and on time. Me and my fiancé have a tight schedule for work and he still managed to accommodate us. Our could house was nice and toasty first thing in the morning and I was able to still make it to work on time.

After a couple of years of low to no cooling from my relatively new AC unit (5 yrs old), and after calling several companies who provided ineffective service (Four Seasons, King Heating and AC, Hoekstra, etc,). Rich, from Lansing Heating and AC Service came to the Rescue!

Rich very efficiently and effectively diagnosed and alleviated the problem. He provided conscientious on time service. My home is cool and comfortable! Make sure that you ask for Rich.

Our heat went out overnight. We called at 6:45am and our call was returned by 7:15. Our professional service technicians were at our house by 9 and the house was heated before 11. Can’t say enough about good things about the service and professionalism. Thank you Lansing Heating and Air!
