I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from South Suburban Heating and Air Conditioning. The customer service is excellent. The technician was professional and knowledgeable about the service provided and did a great job. I experienced a problem with my A/C a few days later and I called South Suburban Heating and Air Conditioning to report it. They sent the technician back out to diagnose the problem. The issue was resolved and I was given several recommendations going forward if the issue happens again. I highly recommend South Suburban Heating and Air Conditioning.

Dave was very professional with the presentation of why my, 4 year old cheap mini split ductless system needed replacement. He recommended the Mitsubishi, because they are the leaders in this technology. The install crew was fantastic and I couldn't have been happier with the work done inside and outside my above the garage office space. Very clean work! ***** 5 star all the way !

This is just awesome. Every time I walk into my studio I am reminded of the cozy comfort South Suburban Provided through the blistery cold months. The outside part of the unit is quiet and the inside unit whispers warm heat without bumping up my electric bill like those little space heaters. They replaced a cheap mini split and air conditioner that was a thousand dollar waste of money 💰..anyway installed an awesome heating and air conditioner. I'm a relatively new home owner that had a poor heating and air system at time of purchase. Also, my heating unit was located in the attic, which made it hard to find and install a high-efficiency gas furnace. Dave, at South Suburban Heating & Air Conditioning, evaluated my situation and directed me towards a Mitsubishi Heat Pump system. The technology allows it to be used as both my primary heating and cooling source. The installation was professionally completed in (1) day, with all old material removed and work area cleaned. During the installation, it was determined that some of my duct-work needed to be replaced, which they did at no additional charge to my original estimate. Since using my new HVAC system, I have noticed an average monthly savings of 60 - 66% in my energy bill. This investment easily pays for itself! Dave was thorough and helpful, never pushy, throughout the entire process. I will forever be grateful to him and his staff for helping make my house a home.
