South Suburban was true to their word, returned my call with a text Monday morning. Kathy was great, very professional and understood why I needed help. She made it a priority to schedule a tech to come out ASAP because I didn’t have heat. He arrived sooner than expected which I was grateful however he wanted to charge me to get a taller ladder from his truck! I found one.
Now I waiting for a quote to replace the furnace. My mom and I are satisfied so far with the service we’ve received.

Had a new mitsubishi heat pump and 5 room air conditioning systems mounted. Tony, Dave, Gary and Doug worked hard for two days in a hot attic on a 120 year old house and completed the project to our satisfaction. From purchasing ,to installing, to the clean up was all a pleasurable experience. Thanks for all you did. Wish we would have done this sooner.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone at South Suburban for their incredible service on our furnace and air conditioner installation. From start to finish, their service was outstanding. Dave explained all the available products and patiently answered all our questions. The crew who came out to the house (Tony & Doug and others ) were professional, courteous and efficient. We had South Suburban repair our furnace several years ago and install a new air conditioner this week. Both experiences were top-notch. They follow-through on phone calls and emails, are professional and knowledgeable, and willing to work with you on options without sales pressure. We'd have them out again but it's unlikely we'll need them!

My relationship with this company spans almost ten years when I replaced my old furnace. The estimate I received was very competitive and the furnace they installed continues to perform flawlessly. I've had routine maintenance done over the years and the technicians that have been here are all knowledgeable, thorough, and clean up when they are done. I am impressed with the culture of this company which is steeped in providing quality, professional, yet friendly customer service at all levels of the company. Whether I come to their office to purchase a furnace filter, have a technician in my home for service or meet with Dave for an estimate on a new piece of gear, I am treated courteously and with respect. I highly recommend this company not only for the products they install, but because they care about you and that is important if something should go wrong.

Excellent company to deal with, very courteous and professional! When our a/c went out, they got to us quickly. Turns out we needed a new motor and they had to order it. When the motor got to the warehouse, they didn't wait for them to ship it, they sent someone first thing in the morning to pick it up and came out that day to fix it! Truly a blessing, we were so grateful!

The technician was on time, polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company again.

I wanted a second opinion so I contacted them after getting a diagnosis from another company of $1200 to repair the A coil on my furnace. Boy am I glad I did! They were on time and very responsive. The repairman came and told me that my tubing was too small and continuing to clog which is what was causing the water to puddle on the floor. They replaced it with better, wider, hard plastic tubing and it cost me $150 and took less than an hour. I will never use anyone else to repair my units but them. They are honest!!!

We just replaced our furnace and air conditioning and used South Suburban Heating & Air Conditioning. The two service reps who did the installation were very professional and did an outstanding job. Afterward, Tony explained everything and answered all of my questions. They took all the old equipment when they left and they was no mess for us to clean up. The proposal was reasonable and there were no add-ons when we were presented the invoice. Recommend them highly.

This is my first time using South Suburban Heating and Air, and let me say that Dave won me over from the start. I have been a long time customer of a competitor and called Dave for an estimate to make a comparison for a furnace install. Not only did he come in confident in a good way, he was very thorough with my questions and his explanations. Dave knew I was getting estimates, but I did not reveal either the company(s), nor the pricing estimate’s received, and he beat them all. I thought for sure that nothing would change my loyalty to my regular company, but I am extremely happy I called out South Sub. Not only did they get the job, but have gained a return customer. The installers were very thorough and a pleasure to have in my home. Don’t let loyalty stop you from giving South Suburban Heating & Air a chance, I can assure you it will be worth the phone call.
