    They installed our heating and cooling 9 years ago and we have been very happy with the quality of their work. If we ever do have a problem, they have us up and running very quickly.

    The technician that was sent to my home did resolve my issue, however that man did not crack one smile during his visit. Even when I greeted him at the door. I actually asked him if he ever smiles. I am big on customer service & he gets 2 thumbs down for his lack of customer service. No personality what-so-ever. For this reason I will most likely call another company for any future air conditioning issues that I may have.

    Dave, Gary, Debbie Meter and their team make sure the customer is served ... during working hours and beyond. Working through an issue, or two, with my mother-in-law’s AC system, Gary was available for some “tech support” conversations, at the end of a long, demanding week. A few years ago, they installed a superior system for my home, and are there to eagerly assist with systems installed by other providers. Definitely a few thumbs-up!!

    Awesome next day response by 8am. Came in did what I asked was extremely fair and worked with in our needs. Asked them to try and get a 40 year old systems to work and he did just that. Helped us get through the acquisition of a new building and keep us from freezing. Highly recommend them.

    I needed emergency service to get the heat back on during a cold winter evening. The service technician came out, got the furnace running, diagnosed the problem, and sourced a new part the next day to keep it running.

    My Water Boiler recently went out right before the severe snow storm/temp drop, I called this business and they sent Jim out to inspect it. They said it will be a $80+ dollar charge for him just to come to my home and check my boiler, he arrives with nothing in his hands, no tools no gadgets to check anything. he looks at the numbers on my boiler for 20 minutes and tells me that my boiler is too old and broken and is beyond repairable and will have someone else contact me with an estimate.....WAIT IT GETS WORSE, so after a few days Dave comes out with the same thing Jim came with, no tools nor gadgets to check to see whats wrong. Dave looks at my boiler for approximately 30 minutes and once again tells my that my boiler is broken and beyond repair and that he will send me a quote for a new boiler system and they do have finance options. after a few hours he emails me and say it will cost 6,142.50 for a new boiler and I should respond immediately since this winter will only get colder. ( please keep reading its not over) the next day I posted a facebook status and asked if anybody know anybody to help me. My friend referred somebody to me. I called this guy who charges $45 dollars to come out, when he got to my house he had a rare thing Jim nor Dave didn't have called a tool bag, he checked and saw that no electricity was getting to my boiling unit and that it had a bad connection. it took him about a hour to fix everything and only charged me $90 overall. I hate business like South Suburban heating and air conditioning that only sees opportunity to make money and takes advantage of people in the cold season...IF THEY SHOW UP AT YOUR HOUSE WITHOUT A TOOL BAG KICK EM OUT.

    I had water coming out of the bottom of my furnace and called South Suburban. Brian investigated and found a spider and off spring blocked a tube where the condensation flowed out. He removed the spider family &
    the problem was fixed. He also put in my new humidifier pad for me as a bonus. Brian was very professional and polite. I will ask for him again.

    Heard a beeping coming from furnace, called you came out and discovered it was a smoke detector behind the furnace. Charged me 85 plus 45 for putting batteries in smoke detector. People have lost there minds. You dont see a ISSUE here. These companies are getting over. You get a 29.00 car part and they charge you 400 for the work. Need more business with compassion now days. They make it off overcharging. If u didnt touch the furnace u should've got 138.00 for that. and I ask him to change filter he couldnt. TOTAL RIP OFF
