Great customer service rep and technician (Jim). Technician was actually early to the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and even gave me pointers on how to maintain my furnace and A/C. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for any future HVAC problems/ maintenance.

Max did a great job! He answered all of our questions and was very thorough. In addition, after having two technicians from another company look at our unit stating we needed a new compressor, Max discovered we only needed refrigerant. South Suburban Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. was heaven sent!!!

I have used South Suburban HVAC for service and installation services for 40 years and highly recommend SS HVAC as a service and installation HVAC contractor. SS has installed one new HVAC system and three replacement HVAC system at three residences including recent HVAC replacement installation with new American Standard Furnace and AC, air scrubber, and state of the art controller.

Again very satisfied with the installation and operation of the new American Standard HVAC system. It exceeded expectations and very satisfied with the professional installation and the attention to detail that the system was operating properly before leaving.

I appreciate SS services the systems they install so they learn first hand the product performance and operation of the equipment they sell and install. I have had excellent and long time reliability of the HVAC systems SS has installed and serviced. Their customer service is excellent.

John called ahead and arrived on time. He was careful to wear protection on his shoes while in the house to service our furnace and air conditioner. He was able to track down a noise problem we were having to the air conditioner fan blade and happily he told us it would be covered under the warranty. We're looking forward to having him come back top fix it soon.

Justin was very prompt and helpful. He provided a paper copy of our certification when I told him I did not have a printer. He also explained the humidifier filter to me which I appreciated.

Our company has been using South Suburban for over 10 years they always answer the phone and always ready to help and get a technician out to the site! The technicians are friendly, professional and knowledgeable!

Called South Suburban Heating and A/C after another company failed to show up early in the morning. Kathy was helpful in squeezing me in later that day even though the technicians were busy. HVAC Technician John showed up and he was quick to work and got me ready in no time. Very kind and professional company to do business with.

Service person late,did send text. Was in basement open door to unit closed listened to unit, told me what he thought ....needed to be replaced.
Went outside to unit sat down and brushed outside of unit, he checked temp/ and setting he said then came in with bill.
Have not seen $25.00 rebate yet. I feel price to high for service render.

Like some of reviewers said, prompt service and this guys clean up after themselves. Tony and Dave did a good job replacing my air conditioner and furnace. Definitely will refer this company as I got their info from friends !

Dave and his team have always been very responsive to whatever needs or concerns that I may have had. They listen to my needs and offer multiple Solutions which I appreciate. I have been a customer of theirs for 10 years
