Lansing Heating & Air Conditioning

Called them at 830am and they were here by noon. I was having trouble with my thermostat. He found out the problem and was done in less than 45 minutes! Very friendly and professional. Also didn't try to sell me unnecessary parts. I now have a new heating/cooling company for my house!

I had a leaky furnace, Rich, the tech, arrived on time, wearing a mask, was quick, friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and without costing me a hefty repair cost. Thank you.

Rich was on time, polite and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and quickly replaced the faulty part. He answered all my question and as a bonus he gave me Humidifer 101 lessons. I tend to use Lansing businesses and this is one I will use again.

I called this company to come out and give me an estimate on a furnace/air conditioner unit. This company made an appointment with me but did not show up! I do not recommend this company.

Rich was great very detailed on the problem and got my AC up and running I would definitely recommend them for a quick house call they actually came early than what was said thank you.

Air went out in my Beauty Salon, called and they sent someone asap, had to go get parts but Rich had it up and running within an hour which I really appreiciate because as we know....time is money.
