Tyler was on time, very polite, and professional. He replaced entire filter cabinet, but adjusted existing ductwork to accommodate size of device. Did a fantastic job with everything. Sealed up every small gap and went above and beyond with installation.
In addition, annual maintenance on system was done during this visit. Fine job cleaning up and left with a smile.

Tyler and James did a fantastic job installing our furnace and air conditioner. They were very professional and thorough.When finished Tyler reviewed the entire installation to make sure we were satisfied with the installation.

I had to replace my air conditioner unit and decided to use Hoekstra. I had done business with Hoekstra before at my previous residence.
They are expensive, but believe me the cost is worth it. You get what you pay for.
My installer, Chris Bartlett arrived on time and explained the job would take at least 8 hours.
Chris did an excellent job. I can feel the cool air coming through every vent in the house now.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hoekstra again.

Brian was punctual, very professional, and very personable. He explained each step methodically, and showed me the problematic part that needed replacing &/or future maintenance.
He was very thorough, and answered ALL of my questions and concerns prior to his departure. All in all, an OUTSTANDING technician! He is an OUTSTANDING representative of Hoekstra HVAC.

Tim came over today to fix my elderly parents air conditioner unit. It is very old and he could have easily told us that it needed to be replaced - but he got it working! I use Hoekstra in my home too and trust them tremendously! If it can be fixed, they will do it!

James and the other gentleman that was with him were both very thorough, kind and informative. They got our new AC installed, additional vets installed and new condenser installed with no hiccups. Would 100% recommend!

Hoekstra installed my furnace then I had them back to install a new air conditioner.
