my furnace went out on New Year's Eve and I called Hoekstra and they immediately dispatched Tim. He was very professional and efficient. Diagnosed the problem and gave me all the details of the repair. Great service. I love that he covered his shoes also, as it was snowing outside. Love this company. Thanks for everything!!!!

We had two air conditioners and two furnaces installed in our house. First Brian Meeks came to the house to set up the work that was to be done. We are Costco members and this was very helpful. James G. and Chris Bartlett were two of the workers. These men were very professional and did the best job ever! We are very pleased with all of their work. They did an excellent Job!

We were very pleased with our annual furnace service. Stephen arrived right on schedule and got right to work. He was able to correct a pump issue and did so in a very competent, courteous manner.

Hoekstra installed two AC and heating systems in 2015. Since the installation, we have had Hoekstra perform annual service on our HVAC systems. Hoekstra technicians are always very professional and have consistently treated our home with respect and care. I really like the courtesy and professionalism and diligent service provided by Jordan. Our units were serviced incredibly well, leaving them as pristine as the day they were installed. If you want, old fashioned treatment by knowledgeable, diligent and courteous professionals, don’t hesitate to call Hoekstra. I intend to remain a customer as long as their service continues.

We just had a new Lennox Furnace & AC system installed by Hoekstra HVAC and purchased through the Costco buying program. We have been pleased with our experience from the start of investigating which contractor we would choose to purchase the system through the installation process.
My old compressor unit was located on the west side of my house and I wanted the new one moved to the north side. This, along with the fact that we were upgrading to a high efficiency furnace, meant that 3, 3" holes needed to be drilled through my brick walls. I have a finished basement with a low clearance suspended ceiling which created some additional problems, making the installation of the refrigerant line set difficult to say the least.
Because of the complexity of the installation, the entire job took over 10 hours to complete. Our installers, Eduardo G & Ernesto V were exceptional and methodically worked to get the job completed. They took the time to stop and explain any part of the process that I had a question about. We discussed at some length where to route the air intake and exhaust, how they planned to run the line set, even which way to set the furnace to make it easy for service and to change the filter.
When they were finished, everything was in working order and you could not even tell where they worked in the suspended ceiling. I would rate Eduardo & Ernesto 5 stars for their work and professionalism.

Timothy was polite, informative and prompt. I appreciated his feedback on all my questions.

He did a professional job. Especially pleased Chris was able to fit the humidifier. Friendly face and personality. He was courteous and respectful of my property. I would recommend him to others.

Larry is the real deal. He got our system diagnosed and fixed up in no time. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and loves the work he does, which really goes a long way. Quality guy as well! Can’t recommend him enough. 10/10
