Always on time, professional and courteous. I rely on Hoekstra to keep my HVAC system working to keep me cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Hired them through Costco for replacing a 20+ year old AC. Took over a week for someone to come take a look and give an estimate. But once that was done, remaining work went quick. Got the AC installed in 4 days after that. Even though there was only one installer doing the job, everything was completed in one day. The installer, Chris, did a pretty good job. He was very courteous and was willing to answer any questions about the installation, the unit and components.The entire work area was covered with drop cloth, so it remained mostly clean. Cleaning up after the work was not very thorough though; Found a few screws lying around which could have hurt our feet as we don't use footwear inside the house. Although not in the contract, the installer replaced the existing thermostat with a Nest I had bought.
Not sure why the installers are not provided with bigger vehicles, as the installer did not have enough room to haul away the old AC, its foundation, pipes, packaging for the new AC, etc., some of which were left for us to dispose of.
Overall it was a job well done and I'd recommend Chris and Hoekstra.

Excellent same day service! Our tech was awesome! He was early (we were called to ask if it was ok.) He was very knowledgeable and polite, went and got the replacement part, and came back very quickly to install it. I highly recommend Hoekstra!

If I had any questions while he was working he took time to answer them.
When he was done we went over the work he done.

Tyler had some obstacles at my house reconfiguring the gas line supply due to the size difference from the old furnace. It probably added hours to his installation! He never complain just diligently went about his business. Handled every task and obstacle during the installation! And then after a very long day he walked me through explaining everything about my new furnace , explaining the operation procedure answered all of my questions!
He was a pleasure to work with!
