People on the phone are very helpful. The engineer who came out after our service call, which was our semi-annual one and well done as usual, was very thorough and professional, helped us decide about new system. Chris and Tyler were very professional and made sure to answer any questions. Very neat and cleaned up throughly after the new AC unit was installed. Well done

Stephen arrived less than an hour after our call for emergency service and had our 20+ year old A/C unit working with a new capacitor shortly after he arrived. He did a thorough check of the system to make sure there were no other problems. The service call could not have gone better.

Contacted Hoekstra in the middle of this hot spell and received quick service. Jacob serviced our furnace last winter so we were pleased to see him again to service our air conditioner. We are now sitting very comfortably in our home.

Emilio called before arriving and was very courteous and friendly. He took my AC apart and did a thorough cleaning. He advised me of other services and equipment that are available but did not try to push them on me. I liked him very much.

Recently had John, Tyler and Chris from Hoekstra Heating & Air Conditioning out to replace my 18 year-old furnace and air conditioner.

Needless to say, there was a lot of anxiety about the amount of work that needed to be done and the cost associated.

I am completely satisfied with the results. They worked very well together, were very professional and completed all the work by mid-afternoon. I watched a lot of their work and asked a lot of questions. All were answered clearly and completely.

Steve came out mid-morning and hauled away all of our old equipment so nothing was left behind. Everything was cleaned up and the workspace was spotless when they left.

I was most impressed with their attention to detail. Cables are all dressed and tied down. Outlets were added to the furnace on/off switch to simplify maintenance going forward. Silicone caulk was added to seal all of the new ductwork and the new intake pipe. “Little things”, but proof they are very thorough.

We found Hoekstra Heating & Air Conditioning through Costco. We received a call from them to schedule a visit the same day we submitted our request to Costco. Andrew was here the same week to inspect and quote a price for everything the next day. No delays in scheduling our installation either.

This process could not have gone more smoothly for us, and we could not be more satisfied with the results. Would rate more than five stars if we could.
