Joseph P. did a wonderful job with my annual furnace maintenance. He was thorough, professional, and personable. And, he patiently answered all my many questions.

Tim was punctual and arrived when he said he would. He was professional and careful when inside our house. The best thing about Tim is that he is very knowledgeable, has a wealth of experience and is very thorough in his work. I appreciate how he answered my questions and explained what was going on while I watched. I highly recommend Hoekstra and especially Tim.

We have always had a great experience with Hoekstra. They have replaced both my furnace and AC over the years and I have always found them to be honest, responsive, reliable and easy to work with. When my ancient furnace finally died they helped me figure out a way to finance a new one that was affordable, even on my tight single-mom budget. Today they came right after I called to fix a problem with my furnace and the service man took the time to explain the system to me so that I maintain it properly and make educated decisions about future services. Will definitely continue to use them for maintenance of both AC and furnace.

Brian J. came out to do a repair called replace thumbing gum around lines, he also check the new furnace out and how it was running...did some kind of test took photos he did a lot more than i expected, and was totally grateful for him checking the furnace out even tho it is new....this type of excellent service is hard to get use to considering the pass services we had before hoekstra stated servicing use last year.
