When our AC went out, my mother in law recommended Hoekstra. I called and was able to get an appointment for the next business day. The technician that came out (his name was Steven) was legitimately phenomenal. As he was troubleshooting the AC unit, he was talking us through every single step and actively working to ease our minds. After exhausting all of his options for repairing our ‘97 Trane unit, he took the time to answer our questions and explain some of the industry terminology we would be encountering as we looked into replacing our broken system. He was a wealth of knowledge and as friendly as could be. He did a fantastic job of laying out and explaining all of our options, from the costly option of a full replacement to the temporary but cheaper fix of changing a few parts and recharging the system and everything in between. We really felt that he had our best interests in mind and trusted him and his professional opinions. He really made the whole terrible experience very simple and actually quite educational.

The only negative thing about Hoekstra is that they don't work on boilers. I wish I could have them take care of our heating issues as well!

We purchased our HVAC system from Hoekstra 14 years ago. Service requests have been thorough and professional. Service technician, Tyler T. was very knowledgeable about our system and educated me about the problems that can occur. He took his time, was friendly, and professional! Service can be expensive right now, so friendliness and professionalism go a long way when you have to spend money.

Hoekstra employees are very professional starting with the first phone call to Lisa at the office on to Andrew who came to my house to give me an estimate for the installation of a new Lennox gas furnace and a central air conditioning unit. The two people, both named Chris, that did the installation were ultra professional installers who did a fantastic job. Neat and custom installation done by these two gentlemen. They cleaned up the area perfectly after the job was finished.

Called on Friday received an appointment for Monday. Mitchell came out on the early side of the arrival window which was great. He was masked up and covered his shoes upon entry. He was polite and explained everything to both myself and my. Husband. He was efficient and professional. I absolutely love the customer service we've always received from Hoekstra. Although not always pleased with their prices especially for maintenance , but worth it when you consistently receive such AWESOME customer appreciation.

We had a dual unit installed a couple years ago. Both heating & air have run smoothly until very recently. Over the last week our heating unit shut down. We were able to get it back up, but when it happened today one of the coldest days we've had in over a year I decided to call Hoekstra. They were pleasant and gave me an appointment for the same day! Steven came within a hour, he had a face mask and shoe covering. He was polite and respectful of our home. He identified the issues and explained them to both myself & my husband in detail. He answered all our questions/concerns. He made sure we knew which filter to purchase and let us know Hoekstra sold them over the counter. He was absolutely AWESOME. Anytime we need our unit fixed or just regular maintenance we will be requesting Steve. Thanks Hoekstra!

Chris, my Installation Technician, installed my zone heating system and did an outstanding job! He and John were knowledgeable, prepared, timely, and thorough. They explained the work and made sure that I was comfortable operating the thermostat. I’m really pleased I stayed with Hoekstra!

I’ve been a Hoekstra client for many years. My A/C went out on the hottest day in 10 years! Within 24 hours, I had someone visit to help me select a new unit and Chris showed up this morning to install. He was amazing! Took care of everything himself with professionalism and not a single complaint about it being 100 degrees outside! I have total respect for him and could not be more grateful for his service today.

Chris B & Chris D called, arrived bright and early and went to work.

They made sure my floors were covered and kept the house clean as they worked to install a new furnace and AC.

They worked diligently and completed the job earlier than I expected.

Hoekstra has been a staple at our home for years. Very reliable, honest, and high integrity. came on time, worked hard through the day to install the new unit. protected the transit areas with multiple layers of cloth. cleaned up the area when done. used appropriate COVD protection. Will use them again!
