Nathanael was very professional and on time. He explained what he was doing and he didn’t leave a mess. We were very pleased with him. We would like him to come back for the fall maintenance.

We had service for our AC which was not working. Our repair technician was Larry M. After explaining to Larry M. what was happening with our AC , Larry went right to the suspected bad part verified it was bad , replaced the bad part, and had our unit up and running in about 30 minutes. Very professional. GREAT JOB!! Thank you

A professional installation by a team of terrific technicians. While I wasn't crazy about needing to replace my HVAC system, the Hoekstra techs made it as "painless" as possible.

Brian was timely and professional. He wore booties when stepping into our home. He communicated effectively. He was very polite. He explained why the furnace was malfunctioning and replaced the motherboard. Thank goodness it was still under warranty. We appreciated his timeliness since it’s winter. My wife and I would recommend him for future services.
