I had nothing but excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. Kim (office) and Mike (technician) we’re both knowledgeable and professional.

Mike and quality appliance company are the only ones out of three companies and about 5-6 visits to walk in and knew exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. It was promptly repaired and I am very satisfied, great job guys.

The service Quality Service provides is phenomena! My mother had a gas leak, and Michael was able to get there and assess the leak, go pick up parts he needed, and come back at 8 that night to finish the job.
Service like that is hard to find nowadays.

I don't know what all these people with such crude reviews, are talking about to say the least. My Wife and I of Crete, Illinois know the owner of this amazing company and his wife personally. Not only are they one of the friendliest small business owners but the most efficient. We've had our Furnace stop working recently over the Holiday and I called it in to Quality Service and sure enough one of there Polite and Expeirienced technicians arrived like Johnny on the spot, and I've heard nothing but great things from close friends and co-workers who I referred. So Quality Service please keep up the great work!

If you need a NEW FURNACE or REPAIR, or service call this company, and ask for Saleena. I paid on a Friday, and they installed my unit the following Monday! My home was left clean, the workers were polite, and efficient, and the cost was by far the BEST RATE EVER. This company beat 6 quotes by thousands of dollars. The owner has also been in this business for over 30 years. I can confidently recommend this company.

Had the furnace inspected, cleaned and certified by the previous owner. They even gave you a certificate that is was cleaned and certified when we close on the property. After a month it stopped working. I called a different company and took pictures. The unit was dirty. The other company has to clean out the furnace blower, flame sensor etc. If you wanted to waste your money to try to get your furnace cleaned and certified, don’t do it with this company. There’s a lot more honest company out there.

This company is an absolute nightmare. The unprofessionalism is mind boggling, it's hard to believe they deal with "customer service"!!!! They were dispatched to us via our extended warranty and after 4 weeks our appliance has yet to be fixed. After the original inspection we were told 2 parts needed to be replaced and after waiting 2 weeks the technician installed ONLY ONE PART which didn't work! When we called back the next day to report the issue AGAIN they told us we need to wait for a THIRD part. Not sure how ordering a third part before installing the second which was supposed to be installed in the first place makes sense. It now has been over 4 weeks and we were told by Asurion (our extended warranty) that the third part was already delivered to Quality Service yet we have not heard from them to schedule the repair. The management from Asurion has been calling them and no one picks up the phone. This company is a complete joke and you should avoid it at all cost!

I would never recommend them. Poor quality service. I have nicor home solutions insurance, they were supposed to come out on a Friday, they canceled and rescheduled to the following Monday. I called twice to confirm with the receptionist. I was told someone would come out the day of my scheduled appt between 9-5pm.....no show or call. Very disappointed!
