Merts Heating & Air Conditioning

I use Merts Heating & Air for all my service needs. My furnace went out and they had someone over that morning inspecting my furnace and ordering me a new one. Al Coulson was my tech and he was very professional and helpful when explaining the scope of work.

They went out of their way to make sure we got the best deal they could give us, and were quick and professional with the installation. Our brand new unit works perfectly!

Eric (with Merts) always does a superb and thorough job and inspires trust. He is also very polite and empathetic. He took photos of everything he did and reviewed them with me. He always goes the extra mile in service.

I called at at 1:30am after pilot on the boiler failed to stay lit after a half dozen attempts. Expected a voice mail system, a live person took the call and my information. The foreman or scheduler called back at 7:30am and the repairman George was here by 8am. He effected the repairs in about half an hour.

We have been customers of Merts for many years and they are very good. We have never had any issues with scheduling or the repairs/cleaning services completed by them. Definitely recommend them.

Jesus was the most thorough Serviceman I've ever had. He explain things and showed me what he was doing and he cleaned the furnace more than anyone ever did before. He showed me where to shut my furnace off and turn my humidifier on. I hope next time that I need a service call I will get Jesus again and at that time I will request him if that's possible. He also did my air conditioner at the beginning of the summer and was very thorough with that. Merts, Please give Jesus a pat on the back for his loyalty and service to customers

Our home heating (hot water boiler) has been serviced by Merts for 34 years! All servicepeople have been exceptional. We're so pleased, we're all the time smiling like the hog that swallowed the corncob sideways.

Your repairman was excellent. The pics are too small for me to pick the technician but he was professional, explained everything and did a great job.
