Merts Heating & Air Conditioning

It seems our issue was a minor issue that was fixed by Jesus the Merts Service Tech quickly. Jesus has been professional and Courteous both visits. Last year we needed an adjustment to the new Condensor and Coil Merts installed. Merts makes an after visit follow up call as well. I highly recommend Merts for their customer service. From the initial salesman to the install and repair techs to their office staff, they have been a pleasure to work with and make dealing with them a pleasure.

I called them to schedule a regular inspection/cleaning of my furnace done. They notified me when their representative was on his way. Jimmy arrived promptly, introduced himself, put covers on his shoes, and got right to work. Everything went fine although he did point out the ignitor needed to be replaced. Though replacing that part is a job I could have done on my own, I opted to have him go ahead and handle it so it's just one less thing I had to think about. I was quite pleased with the promptness of the arrival & the work being done, and would absolutely recommend them to others.

It turns out my heater was about to burn up the fan motor. If they didn’t check all the parts in the furnace the failure would have cost a new replacement. Thanks guys

Jake was outstanding - he communicated everything clearly and laid it all out so there wouldn't be any surprises. I also love that they text customers a brief "profile" on their technician prior to arrival - really humanizing the whole experience.
