I have been a satisfied Mert's customer for 25 years. I was notified when the technician (Jimmy) was on his way to my home. He arrived promptly, put on shoe protectors and quickly went to work. He explained what he did with our furnaces and the humidifiers, and showed me the humidifier parts that needed replacement. He patiently answered my questions and also kindly gave me tips on both furnace and water heater maintenance. The service was both friendly and professional.

My main furnace and a/c were installed by
Merts years ago. It was time to have routine maintenance and cleaning done so I called Merts and requested Eric, who had repaired my very ancient wall furnace in my family room a couple months ago. He is very polite and professional, works quickly, cleans up afterwards, and then explained everything he had done. As a female, I appreciate being treated with the same respect as a male homeowner. I highly recommend Merts and Eric if you need any HVAC work done.

Furnace went out over night, and i called Merts first thing in the morning. They had eric come out within the hour to take a look. He was very informative and gave me plenty of options. I decided on replacing the whole furnace instead or repair and the entire process was finished within half a day. Amazing work and eric, jesus, and his partner were fantastic.
