Eric Pyle was my technician. He has serviced my furnace & A/C several times. Always explains things thoroughly & advises me if anything needs additional attention. He seems to have a wealth of knowledge in this line of work. I highly recommend!

While all of the people who we've had the opportunity to work with are great, we absolutely love Jacob. He is more than willing to explain in detail the work being done, can diagnose an issue within minutes, and takes pride in cleaning up behind himself.

We had our air ducts cleaned and the service technician didn’t write down our credit card number correctly. Julie, who is the Operations Manager threatened to take it to her “legal team” after a week of me telling her that my husband was traveling and it was his credit card so I didnt have access to the number. Isn’t it your problem that your guys don’t know how to write down a credit card number correctly? Sounds like a training opportunity, Julie.

We purchase our furnace air conditioner unit a few years back from mertz Jacob has always come for our service appointments twice a year and he's done a wonderful job we've always been very pleased with his service.

Very professional, Sure new what he was doing. Only problem was he charged me a dollar for calling him "Jake from State Farm", when I greeted him at the door, I couldn't help it. Thanks Jake from Merts

Top quality work would highly recommend they installed my furnace , hot water heater, and central air, also 0 percent financing for 5 years, the only reason why I didn’t give them a 5 star they installed a Made in Mexico hot water heater might not matter to most people but I prefer American made, also 6 years ago they quoted me $1700 for a small job , when another heating company charged me $150.00 , I guess they don’t do small jobs, also they don’t install gas garage heaters, but I hired them back because they do excellent work and excellent top notch service.

While it turned out we had an installation error, which wasn't caught on the spring AC check up, Jake was amazing. He stayed until the job was done, in the heat, and fixed every last thing. He performed test after test, and he made sure that our AC unit would take us through the summer without incident.

Issues do happen, but I'm grateful that Merts has someone as professional and committed to good quality service like Jake.
