Ryan was very professional, on time, very knowledgeable. He kept me in the loop with everything he was working on. He provided the best service that I havent had in a long time dealing with contractors. Thanks Ryan for fixing my AC the right way.

I used Merts for about 20 years. I feel that I could depend on them throughout emergency. I trust the people that come out to my house. I ask questions and they are happy to answer. I feel that they are honest. Merts Heating & Air Conditioning company are sensitive if I call back after service, Merts is really sensitive to their reputation.

Adams, did not provide an estimate for duct work that was requested several times. What was most disappointing was the additional repairs and service was obvious but he was unable to recognize all the critical repairs in a timely manner.
He want to use the outside water source but did not know to remove the winter cap and needed help from me. Very poor service. I do not recommend this provider.

Very hot day and my A/C wasn't cooling properly, Jimmy showed up about 1.5 hrs after calling and after thoroughly checking everything, he found this issue was just a dirty filter. I learned it is better to buy a $10.00 filter more often than risk having no A/C and to pay for a service call. He was very helpful in explaining why a dirt filter caused my problem. Highly recommend Jimmy!

Our service tech, Eric was amazing and knowledgeable. He was the definition of professional customer service. Retain his employ at all costs.

We are thoroughly satisfied with the service provided. We called Merts for service and 2 hours later a technician was at our house! The office rep called us and confirmed Merts' response, sent info about our technician to assure us about who was scheduled to show up. The young man checked out the problem we described; wasn't bothered about us shadowing him as he worked; and explained thoroughly what he was doing and answered all of our questions. He was pleasant and represented his employer very well! It was evident that he enjoyed his profession and doing a good job! I look forward to maintaining Merts for our future HVAC servicing.

George T came out to do a routine cleaning. He noticed there was a crack in the furnace. We discussed options about heating and/or cooling replacement. I was very happy with the service I received. George went over all of the options, and I decided on replacement of the furnace and thermostat. The guys came out two days later to do the replacement.
I will definitely recommend Merts to my friends!

Jesus was awesome. Every contact with the company was professional and courteous. They actually came out a day earlier than expected and he did a great job. I was a little worried about doing a routine maintenance because I didn't want them to tell me I had thousands of dollars of repairs to do, and so I was relieved when there was no upsell! He educated us on what to keep an eye on. I would definitely recommend.

George was very personable. He helped us with deciding on which unit would work best for my family. Jose along with the installation team members were very professional and polite. They cleaned up their mess and even put slippers over their shoes when they came into the house. I like that Merts is a local company and the team takes pride in their work.
