Official Heating & Cooling Repair & Replacement Service

I have had my HVAC equipment serviced by Official and the service is very good. I am able to schedule a timely appointment and they call when the Tech is on his way. Our Tech is very friendly, efficient and leaves his work area clean. I highly recommend Official!

Very happy with the service I received today from Official Heating & Cooling. I had Eric the technician come out and preform yearly furnace clean and maintenance. Eric was professional, knew what he was doing. Explained everything I asked him. Defiantly a company to consider if you are looking for your furnace or a/c tune up. Big Al just came out and did an awesome job. I was super impressed right off the bat with his professionalism. He brought me along to each step, being super informative to help me understand what was going on with out making me feel stupid. The problem with my system was super obvious and not easily replicated but his problem solving skills and analysis found the issue and were such that I’m writing this review now. Thanks guys!

Eddie was very knowledgeable about my unit. He thoroughly inspected my unit and provided me with an honest evaluation of what repairs needed and why. I never felt I was raked over the coals as his estimate cost of my repairs were fair. I would recommend Official and Eddie to others in need.

Very satisfied with the work we've received from Official Heating and Cooling. Prompt service (even at 11:45 pm) along with up-front pricing before the work is done (as well as repair options). Warranty with their AC installations and furnace installations (that we can pass on to the next homeowner). Erik (or Eric) was our go-to guy!

I have been a customer of Official Heating And Cooling for many years and am extremely happy with not only their service, but their personable techs and office staff really care about their customers. The techs are very thorough when servicing my HVAC system and not only make sure the customers have a complete understanding of what/why the service was performed and solicit questions we may have. Their expertise and knowledge of HVAC systems is second to none. Official Heating And Cooling never treat you like a number and know their customers names. Audrey as well as other office staff have always accomadated my date/time requests. In addition, Eric and misc. other techs over the years have treated me light family. I have a service contract with Official and it is well worth the money for the reassurance that I am covered by a reputable and honest company. They are big enough to handle their customer base, but not so big that they don’t get to know their customers at a more personable level than the “Mega” companies. I will continue to be a devoted customer of Official Heating And Cooling as I am sure, they will continue to be dedicated to maintaining the great relationship with me by being professional yet personable.
