Been a long running customer of Official / Harmonic HVAC. They have always provided us with consistent, professional service. Sure... they have changed management over the years but I have never experienced a "misstep" in the quality of service.
Every service tech over the last 20 years has demonstrated passion and professionalism in their trade, including dedication to their company. That indicates the management team has created an ongoing, positive company culture. Jeremy, our most recent technician, treated me like a friend and walked me through my questions as if I was a coworker. Great work team! I look forward to a continuous positive relationship.

Everyone at Official has been so great. It’s been a great experience every time whether that’s been the yearly service and system check calls or our recent new install. Very well organized and their technicians and sales team are all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They’re willing to explain stuff to a new homeowner who doesn’t know diddly about HVAC systems. I never felt pressure or upsold they just tell you the options to inform your decision.

Marcus & Ryan did a great job replacing our AC. They explained how the new system works, answered my questions, and were friendly & respectful. We have had wonderful service from Official over the years and will continue to call them when needed.

They have been our go-to for a few years now. Most recently it was a full team effort. Last fall on an unseasonably warm day our AC wasn't cooling. The next day, Al our tech, came by to take a look and let us know that we needed more warm weather to be certain but most likely it would be time for a replacement in the spring. Fast forward to last week. Bill from sales spent 90 min with us to give us all the options and benefits of a new unit as well as some extra efficiency tips. We had our install yesterday and when Marcus our installer and his assistant ran into some issues, Bill was there right away along with service manager Erik to make sure the issues got resolved and give a very detailed explanation of what the issue was and how they resolved it. I really appreciate the way everyone was involved to help out.

Stephen was the service technician who came to do my air conditioning checkup. He was knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. He was outstanding and very professional. I was very impressed with the quality of service he provided. This is a great company. Stephen was amazing!

Your employees were very professional and thoughtful. We have white rugs in our home, and they were very mindful of them...even laying down mats, as not to dirty them. Everything went seamlessly and all questions were answered with expertise advice and understanding.

Jeremy Rucker was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain issues with my AC and was very thorough. I will definitely use them again.

Al the technician arrived promptly during the window given to me. He performed the scheduled inspection and all required maintenance to our HVAC system in a timely fashion. Answered all of my questions related to his work and operated in a very professional manner. Al has been to our residence in the past and truly is a valuable asset to the company.

Steven was extremely informative about the inspection findings. He explained many detailed components of our heating and AC systems (and water heating system too) which had not happened in our past maintenance appointments with other service companies. Would definitely recommend, Steven.

Have been a customer of Official since they installed my furnace, A/C and hot water tank in 2010. Great company. Today Jeremy serviced A/C. Very knowledgeable and informative, as were all the technicians we've had over the past 13 years. Can't imagine changing companies any time soon.
