Official Heating & Cooling Repair & Replacement Service

Today Joe came to clean my furnace. He is not Eric, so I was not impressed with Joe. Sorry...he was too quick, did not vacuum anything and to be honest I am unsure if my furnace will go the entire season without any issues. I don't feel that the proper job was done? My only recourse is my warranty. Eric did a phenomenal job with both my heating and my central air. Today's job would be a 4 out of 10. Thank you . Oh, PS I hope my receipt is on my computer as proof that he cleaned and his notes should suffice in case any problems this 2021/2022 season because Joe said everything is fine?

Was happy that they were able to repair the same day I called. Service person notified me when they were on their way and arrived when they said they were going to. Identified the issue and made the repair for a reasonable price.

Please note I have used Official heating and cooling before. But this time the tech came to our home late, they changed the schedule on us we were okay with that because my wife was home. When the tech came he did his diagnostic told my wife we had a blown capacitor, said he didn't have the exact part in the truck but he had one that would fit. Never told her a price or how much to replace replaced it, I just got home she was paying him we asked about installing a new system as ours is getting dated, I didn't know what he had done he fix the wire put in a capacitor which by the way if you look anywhere online for a turbo 200 capacitor they don't cost any more than $20 to $60 dollars he charged us $240 for a capacitor. But now we didn't have an itemized bill as he was leaving the door gave us a quote for a new install. I called a week later thinking that we were going to get and itemized bill and receipt in the
mail which we did not receive at time of payment. I called the girl in the office was more than helpful to send me one via email and that's when I saw the charge for the capacitor. I called to question this charge and they told us that we agree to that. Well quite honestly no you never told my wife the price of the replacement part. She would have called me on my way home. I'm sorry to say that I have to give you this review but I'm very disappointed in the up charges. Again please note over the many years I have used this company I never had a problem, reason being that I've called him again.

Everything from finding the problem on the A/C, the guy that came out to check the problem with our unit, to everyone we dealt with in the office to our installer of our New Heater & A/C unit was extremely nice, knowledgeable & very friendly! Our installer Jason was wonderful! He did an amazing job on our install, he went above & beyond our expectation! Thank you OFFICIAL!!

We called Official Heating and Cooling come for a furnace and humidifier tune-up. We were also hearing some noises coming from the furnace that we wanted checked out. The office staff got us in quickly and quoted a very reasonable price. The service professional, Eric, came on time and was friendly and professional. He discovered that we needed a new motor and checked the warranty for us. He was able to order the part and get everything fixed and tuned up by the next morning.

Official had done the initial install and routine services on our HVAC system at our home. Always professional, honest, and informative. I had an issue and called another service just trying to get someone same day... they did some things and basically said I will probably need to replace the unit. Not satisfied with that, called back these folks and glad I did; not only did I NOT need a new system, I only needed a cleaning, they fixed what the other service supposedly already fixed.

Will use Official for all HVAC work on our home, period.

We had or vents cleaned and sealed. We were experiencing a good deal of air leakage. They run a before and after diagnostics to show the improvement.

Installed new, high efficiency unit.
Super quiet, great air circulation, fabulous service.
