Furnace checkup and cleaning service went great today. Eddie was on time and communicated well his arrival timing. He was thorough and everything went smooth. Glad I purchased the furnace and humidifier with them and will continue to use them for my HVAC servicing needs.

I was impressed with the technicians knowledge of my furnace. He was able to identify that the burners were not lighting properly and he was able to find a loose power connection to the processor board. After that the furnace worked flawlessly. That loose power connection would have definitely been a problem this winter.

I use the twice a year maintenance agreement Official H&C offers to inspect our furnace, air conditioner, hot water heater and other systems that need inspections regularly. In May, Eric, an Official technician came out to perform the spring maintenance work. Eric has been coming to our home for several years. He is always prompt for our appointment, always courteous with a cheerful greeting. Eric knows what he is doing. He has been involved in a recent upgraded furnace and hot water tank installation. When he is finished with his work, I have never had to call Official for a revisit for work performed. Everything is running great, the new Carrier furnace is awesome. I look forward to a visit from Officials’ staff this fall to get our equipment ready for the winter. Thanks to Eric and thanks to Official Heating and Cooling!

In all my years, I never seen a company quote a price one day and then you call them the next day to schedule work and the price is double. This individual Adam doesn't stand by his quoted prices and then thinks these business tactics are the right way to handle things. Unprofessional......learn by my mistake....now I have incurred a significant cost to purchase and return. Stuck with the cost incurred and Adam doesn't even care and basically says oh well.

Two seasons is all you need not four, with Official Heating and Cooling. Take the worry away with a furnace check and tuneup. I have used this company for many years and have ALWAYS been satisfied with with their expertise and quality. Very professional techs, arrive on time and don't try to pad the bill. Would give them 10 stars if available.

Official Heating and Cooling was prompt and very professional! They were very clean and explained everything in detail! When they were done with the work they performed, they told me they would be calling me to schedule a free visit in a month to make sure everything was installed to factory specs and working efficiently! They also helped with financing our purchase and made it a painless process! Would definitely highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC needs!!

The Official service tech, Marco, did an excellent job doing our annual heating service checkup. His thoroughness went well beyond my expectations, including cleaning out areas not normally attended to in previous checkups.
