We received several quotes to install AC in our old house. O'Leary's was the only company that came to our house to show and explain our options. Because our house has hot water heat (radiators) we had to have the duct work installed in the attic and wiring was also a challenge. It took 3-4 guys 8 days to install everything. The company is very easy to work with, from Vince that came out to explain our options, to the guys that did the work, to Judy who explained and completed the paperwork for the warranty. They also work on hot water heat, which we just had fixed as well. Highly recommended!

Vince came out and went over our needs and explained everything in detail. They came and installed everything and went over operating the system and new thermostat . Vince’s wife is so wonderful- when talking to her she is so caring and helpful.

I bought a furnace & AC in November 2018 after an exhaustive search. Vince and his wife Judy took time to patiently answer my questions. Installation was painless for me, everything is running fine and we’ve had two seasonal maintenance visits that were easy to schedule and the technician was fantastic (punctual, knowledgeable, polite and fast). Couldn’t expect more.
