Com24 is a wonderful company all around. They installed a new AC unit at my home. From the initial time I reached out to their company, coming out for an estimate, me reaching out for random water heater advice, to the install, they have been so kind and helpful throughout it all! Everyone on staff will happily answer any question you have. Always prompt and polite, and continually communicate appointment times. I love how thoughtful everyone is of respecting my home with being conscious of taking shoes off or having foot coverings, and even cleaning up after themselves. They made sure to install everything perfectly. It took a few days to finish up the install, but because they did a thorough job and they wanted to ensue everything was perfect. Never once did I feel any frustration or that they were rushing to just get the job done. I’m on their yearly club plan and am so glad I found such a great company that takes care of their clients. Sooner or later it becomes time to replace your air conditioner and/or furnace and you want someone that is reliable, reasonable priced and knows what they are doing. These guys are it. I felt very comfortable having Com24 replace my air conditioner. They came on time, did the work and also cleaned up…can’t get better than that. Extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Great communication prior to showing up, arrived on time and was very professional throughout the visit. The tech took his time to answer all questions and was very thorough in making sure the job was done right. Very positive experience.

This company is great! I’ve used them before for Air & Heat, but today had to use them for no hot water. Was cheaper to get a new tank than the repairs, as it was 14 years old. Got me new system immediately! Can’t thank them enough.

We called Com24 last night after having some AC issues and funny sounds when we first fired it up for the season. Technician Jay came to our house the next day (today) and he did an amazing job! He arrived on time, was professional, very friendly, and took the time to answer my questions and show me things about the system. He was able to quickly diagnose what was happening, and was honest with me about the options we had. I never once felt like I was being sold on anything I didn’t need, and overall he did an excellent job with the repairs! The AC is working better than it ever has, and I would recommend this company to anyone having issues. I plan to do business with them again for seasonal maintenance and any other unfortunate things that may pop up in the future! Thanks Jay, 5 stars all around!!!

Com24 came to the rescue when our older A/C finally gave out. They were able to quickly get us a new unit. Great communication and very hardworking & professional employees. Highly recommend!

We have used Com24 for both duct cleaning & to diagnose an issue with our heat pump. Extremely professional & knowledgeable, on time, responsive in setting appointments. After being told our whole system was 'on its last legs' and needed to be replaced, Jay & Jason felt the system would continue to work & is likely repairable (more testing needed when the weather is warmer). We feel lucky to have come across this business!

I wanted a garage heater installed in Saint Charles, IL and also needed a waterline ran and even some electrical taken care of. I talked with multiple places and ultimately selected Jason and his team because of the way they do business. They use high-quality products, know exactly what needs to be done, show up on time and do not nickel and dime you because the job turns out to be bigger than they thought it was like many places (they were here until 7pm doing the job right). I can also tell in an environment where everything is costing more money they are doing their best to not pass that cost onto the consumer. There is a reason there are so many positive reviews online about Jason and his team; so if you are searching quit looking many of us have already done the research for you. There are tons of companies and vans driving down the street that you can call, but if you want high-quality, professional and a crew that knows what they are doing hire Jason and his team. His lead installer has been working on the team since 2008 which also speaks to the quality of the company and how they treat their employees and the customer. I even had a couple of tweaks I wanted completed and they came back and took care of them for me without question (which is what prompted me to write a review) they truly want you to be happy and are willing to put in the effort to make it happen. Reach out to them if you need anything; the response time is lightning fast even when they are on the job they respond to all inquiries extremely fast. Great company and team, I will definitely be using them for all my needs in the future for personal and business.

Com24 is great! Jenna, who I scheduled my appointment with, was very pleasant and professional.Jason and his team came out, and installed a new hot water heater and a garage heater.
