Josh was fantastic in helping us with our HVAC system. Our previous set up was over 33 years old. Therefore the ENTIRE set up needed updating/repairing before putting the new furnace and air conditioner in. We could not ask for better service and care when it comes to updating our older home. He was even able to refer us to an amazing duct cleaning company which was greatly needed!

Josh let me know he was arriving on time. He walked me through the services being performed and the reasons for them. He did a great job taking apart the A/C cover and cleaning out the coils. I highly recommend him.

For the past several years, our heat has gone out every winter. Each time, we called on our "trusty" HVAC repairman, but this year, he was not able to resolve the problem. After two visits and many phone calls, and the heat still not working properly, I decided to reach out to another company. I am so glad I called Indoor Climate Experts, because Josh is a literal HVAC superhero that came to the rescue!

When Josh arrived, he immediately opened up the entire unit, inspecting and testing every aspect very thoroughly. He found that our heat exchanger pipes were cracked (and it looked as though they had been cracked for well over a year, which means the other company must never have even bothered to inspect it.) Josh educated us on the cause and symptoms of the issue. He sourced the part the next day and promptly returned to do the repair. As an added bonus in addition to the heat finally working properly, I noticed that it was much quieter and not turning on/off so frequently (so working more efficiently). Josh also mentioned that we would have had carbon monoxide leaking into our home from the cracked pipes, and that now we might notice "a bit more mental clarity and pep in (y)our step from here on out."

They came out and found the issue with our furnace that 2 other companies told us 2 different things. Upgraded our heat and now we are saving money because they replaced the heating element which wasn't enough to heat our space. We are nice and toasty warm, saving money Thanks to Josh & Indoor Climate Experts. Josh was very knowledge, took time to explain things in common English so I could understand them and great customer service, good follow through. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!!!

I've used a few places in the past and I will never do so again after the amazing experience I had with ICE! Not only was the job done properly, but it was done quickly for a fair price. It wasn't the cheapest place, but I paid the right money for an amazing job! Can't recommend these guys enough!

Got my AC units running after 7+ years of non-use at a reasonable price, all things considered. Josh's ability to explain what exactly he's doing to fix your problem cannot be understated. Will use Indoor Climate Experts again.

Josh came out same day to take care of my air conditioning that wasn’t working. Thankfully he did too because it was the hottest day of the year. He was able to get my unit fixed for a very reasonable price and I will not hesitate to use his company again they were very professional!!
