My AC was not turning on so I called and they sent a guy out. He came out after hours and rigged it so it would go on but we had to switch it on and off at the switch because it would not go off automatically. the next week they came out to switch the thermostat because he said that was what wasn't working. now I can switch the AC on and off at the thermostat, but it still is not right. I set the thermostat at 80 and put it on cool and it went on, the thermostat was reading 75. If it was working properly it wouldn't have gone on. I let it run for a while and the temp went down but it didn't turn off by itself. Still needs work! This is a new unit I just got last year from them. It should work properly!

The service techs were on schedule and completed their work in a timely manner. We can't reccomend 24 hr. Home Comfort enough. They have always treated us great and really taken care of us over the years. We Highly Recommend Them!

Excellent experience. Will took the time to explain the system and why it stopped heating my home. He also went over all options available from recommended replacement of the system and maintaining the system at it's most efficient capacity considering it is original to the home and well beyond it's prime. Highly recommend 24hr Home and Comfort Services.

Make sure to get a few estimates. I go for three estimates most of the time. 24Hr is $1,000 higher than both of my other estimates. The sales person is very pushy. I showed him an estimate and all he did was talk how bad the place was that gave me that estimate. I will never call 24Hr for any estimates again. I own rentals and they lost a chance to do work for me ever!

The serviceman was on time and very knowledgeable about servicing our heating and air conditioning units. We appreciate their timeliness and professionalism. They even called to set up the appointment without us prompting them.

I am very happy with 24HR and their technician, Sean. He does a great job! Appreciate also that he hoses off the a/c unit, and installs new filters for the furnace. Both things I am not able to do. THANK YOU!

Ryan replaced our old thermostat, even came a few minutes early and was done within such a short period of time. AND he showed me how to replace my furnace filter (just because he was so helpful). Price was great, service excellent, and he even wore booties in my home to not track things up. Thank you for a speedy, great job and great customer service!

Extremely happy with my experience! Our furnace stopped working-so I called to have someone come check it out. He (Will) was here less than 30 minutes of my call. Excellent customer service; with in-depth explanation of the issue and how to maintain it. Highly recommended!
