Adam came out to provide a cleaning and diagnostic service on our AC unit. He was absolutely excellent- walked us through each step of what he was checking, shared tips and recommendations for running our system, and gave us straightforward feedback. His attention to detail and honesty was appreciated. We will definitely have him back to service our furnace and AC in the future!

I have used Algonquin hearing and cooling to maintain my furnace and air and Adam was able to improve the efficiency of my air conditioner. Would recommend.

Woke up this morning to a cold 67 degree home.
Called Algonquin heating and cooling about 8:30, told the receptionist of my problem and she said a tech would be there within the hour. I was a little skeptical at first but sure enough within the hour Adam showed up. His professionalism and knowledge about my issue was very impressive. Within the next hour heat was working again and he gave me several recommendations on things we needed to address.
We will definitely be calling them in the future. Great company ask for Adam he did an excellent job.

Our furnace was over 30 years old (we've only been in this house for almost 4) and there was something that caught fire inside of it over night. We called in the morning and Adam came out the same day, we put a deposit down on a replacement, and the new furnace was installed the next day.

I've had the pleasure of working with Adam, Nick, and Sam. All three came over and installed the new furnace in one day. Further, Adam was able to fix our humidifier (that never worked since we've lived here) and install an air purifier all in the same day. Further, even though this was an emergency call there was no upcharges

Rose, the office manager, called today to check on us and make sure everything was ok. She even got me a quote for a damper that we will need for when it's AC season within 15 minutes.

I know they are very busy, during peak times, but when we needed them, they made us feel like their only customer. They were friendly, informative, and professional.

Will always recommend and can't imagine going with another company as long as we live in the area.

This is Will Pfister writing this review. Algonquin Heating & Cooling installed are new Lennox furnace and AC unit in our historic home in the old town section of downtown Algonquin. Built in 1862. The furnace has been in since 98' and AC unit was installed in Y2K. They also ran duct work for our family room taking it from 3 season to 4 season access.

Great service, very knowledgeable staff and technicians. Minor capacitor issues over the years, but overall fantastic performance for both Lennox units. We highly recommend this business for your HVAC needs.

Great company, highly recommended. Called for an issue with my heater and they came out same day. Replacement was done quickly after. I appreciate the attention to detail. In addition to installing the new unit Brian cleaned up a lot done wrong by the previous owner. Unit looks great and is functioning even better!

I have used this company for several years. They are always punctual and professional. Brian was our technician to service our furnace today. He checked our humidifier and noticed that it needed to be cleaned and serviced as well. I’m always sent a reminder card along with a coupon when its time to service which I love. Had Algonquin Heating and Air Conditioning out to the house a few times. They are quick to get service to the house.
