Adam K. called to confirm the appointment and actually had an earlier time that worked great for me. He went right to work, he was professional and courteous and explained what he was doing. He confirmed my diagnosis without being condescending. The only " surprise" was the parts price, its was significantly more than my search, but the technician doesn't set the price. Overall great customer service.

I have used Jason with Com 24 for the past 4 years for the repair and maintenance of the rooftop units at my office building, repair of my home furnace, installation of a garage heater, and the repair of the boiler system at my parents home. Each time I have used Com 24, they have been able to diagnose the problem quickly, get parts if needed, and complete the repairs in a timely and professional manner. On our new home, Jason was able to install the garage heater, install a new smart thermostat, and diagnose the furnace was not running a full capacity and quickly solved that problem. I will only use Com 24 for my HVAC maintenance & repairs and suggest you do the same. No matter the system you have, Jason can fix it. He does tremendous work at a fair price.

Com24 is the best, our furnace went out this morning and they were able to fit me in last minute to get it running temporarily and ordered the necessary parts for a permanent fix the following day. They are always upfront and honest with you and are more than fair on the repair cost.

Com24 was out today because my fan only option was not working at this point. They are ordering a new part to get it working

If wish Google would let me give Jay and Jason more then 5 stars. Every time I have called them to address an issue they have been the most professional, responsive, and honest people I have ever dealt with. Nicor Gas detected a small gas leak from my furnace and Jason was out within a few hours of placing the call. He came over right after finishing another job he was working on (He even called me and texted me multiple times to give me his ETA which was above and beyond what he needed to do.) The word thorough does not adequately address how great he was at checking out a number of potential trouble spots around my house in addition to the furnace. After initially diagnosing the issue with the furnace he left and returned with Jay to run a different test using a more precise piece of instrumentation just to make sure my family was safe. They always go above and beyond to educate their customers and I can't thank them enough for their top quality work. I never feel right when I pay them because it never seems like enough. - Joe

Com24 Heating & Air Conditioning was great to work with! They installed a new AC unit for me and they were thorough, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable of the services they provided.

The past few months we have had flooring, painting, remodeling, done and have had window, gutter, roofing and window well contractors out. So to say the least I have seen my share of contractors, I also worked as a technician for a Telcom company for many years.
Thursday we had Com24 Heating and air conditioning out to clean our HVAC ducts and service the furnace and A/C.
From the time I made the appointment, I was kept informed including receiving a picture of the technician that was coming out, now I get it the 20 foot billboard signage on the truck should be enough but with all the scams going on today having a picture of the tech is a plus. I received a text message stating the tech Jason was on his way, just a few short minutes and he was pulling into the driveway.
He introduced himself and Bobby and we went over what was being done. I also mentioned that I have dogs and would like to be able to keep that outside or confined to a room while they worked. Everything went smoothly, being a mechanical type person I was interested in how the duct cleaning was done, Jason took the time to show exactly what is happening, when they are duct cleaning.
Next up was the cleaning of the furnace and AC condenser, Jason and Bobby disassembled the unit and gave it a real deep cleaning, (not sure it has been that clean since we go it)
Jason and Bobby we professional, polite, took care moving the equipment around my house, and pointed out items that show wear and will be an issue in the future, educated me why a bigger AC unit is not always better, and explained the drag/pressure those heavy pollen type filters put on the system.
