These guys are awesome! Very knowledgeable at what they do but there is no arrogance or anything uncomfortable in the way they present their expertise. They don't make you feel ashamed to ask any questions and are extremely easy to talk to! They reviewed the issue with my A/C unit and eere very clear of several possible issues and the cost of each possible outcome. I highly recommend these guys if you have any HVAC issues! Do not hesitate, they will get the job done and leave you knowing more than you did before they showed up. Thanks guys!

After just a few moments of talking with Jay, I could tell he is an honest, skillful and hardworking person. His personable character showed this was not just "another job" to him and his customer service was second to none. From watching his work ethic it is clear Jay genuinely enjoys doing his craft and is very skillful in it. He is hardworking and will see the project all the way through. I wanted to get a jump on having my furnace checked out for the upcoming winter. I called Com24 and they responded almost immediately, giving me a few options. Jason was very polite, professional, and informative, and in addition to the maintenance on my furnace, noticed a faulty electrical wiring job that was done for the furnace to an extra wall switch. He called out the company owner, Jay, who came out and took care of it. Ignoring this could have resulted in an electrical fire, so I am extremely grateful that Jason alerted me to this. I will definitely keep them in mind for future HVAC needs!

Very professional and personable. They were quick to respond and help during the hottest with a high heat advisory. They answered questions I had and were very easy to work with! They were hard workers and despite the crazy heat still had a smile on their faces. Definitely will be recommending them to neighbors and friends!

Jason came out to do a AC cleaning and it seemed to open a whole can of worms..After he was done with the cleaning our unit would not turn back on..After doing his best to investigate what was going on he had to call for backup and have the other Jason come out to help troubleshoot. Turns out that a transformer inside our furnace somehow shorted and caused the power failure...Not only did they fix the issue for us and not charge us, but they also took the time to explain what were the possible cause and put us at ease that we should not have anymore issues..They were both very courteous and professional and wore masks while in my home..I truly appreciate the level of service we received and will be calling then again..I highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service. Came out on very short notice late at night to repair our A/C during a heat wave. Jason the owner was professional, polite, and had the parts with him to get the job done immediately. Will definitely be a return customer in the future.

I used them to clean my dryer vents. Jay answered my phone on the 2nd ring, was very knowledgeable on the phone, and quoted me a very fair price. Jason was right on time, very pleasant, and did a great job on the dryer vents. I'll definitely use them for other HVAC needs!

Highly recommend Com24. During the height of summer, a lot of HVAC businesses are understandably extremely busy. Some are even unresponsive. I left a message for Com24, and within a few hours, their office staff returned my call in a timely, professional manner to schedule an appt. Friendly and knowledgeable tech came for an A/C clean and check a few days later. When he entered our house, he wore a mask and shoe coverings. Using a video he had taken of our air conditioner, the tech showed how a bearing on the A/C motor was beginning to go bad. The repair wasn't needed right away, and he explained what we should look/listen for and advised that a replacement would likely be needed in a year. I appreciated his honesty and no pressure consultation. Rather than wait for it to completely malfunction and risk no A/C, we requested the repair which was very reasonable and completed two days later. Very satisfied with customer service and technical experience provided by Com24.
