Excellent workmanship by William, the plumber from HR Stewart. He came to our house to evaluate the leaking waste pipe. He arrived on time; he was nice, professional, explained in detail what was the issue and what he would do to address the problem. He answered all the questions we had and sent us the estimate the same day.
The job itself was challenging because our plumbing system is in the crawl space - a tight area where a person has to sit/bent/kneel and it's not comfortable for a person to be there for 2/3 hours but William, despite the challenge, did an excellent job and we are very grateful for his help.
HR Stewart company also, gave us a discount for "family and friends" which was a very nice surprise as we didn't expect any special treatment. Lexie, the person that I dealt with to arrange the meetings, also was very professional, informative, nice and efficient.
I had a very good experience dealing with this company and I am very lucky to find them. I will definitely use them again.

Our technician David was very professional, friendly, and helped fix our water heater issue. He was able to find a good solution and get it to work again.

The HR team was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Did system maintenance and replacement. The installers were very knowledgeable and walked me through all my Q&A. Will definitely be using them moving forward and happy to support a local business.

Pete did a fantastic job. He explained what needed to be replaced and why, clearly. He replaced the blower motor and I can hardly believe how quiet my furnace is now. He even vacuumed the furnace to prevent future issues.
He made note of a plumbing issue I am having, took pictures and offered to let his office know to call me to schedule a plumber to fix the problem, and explained the benefit of purchasing the monthly Residential Peak Performance Plan, which I will consider. Overall, a great experience!

Guys seemed like they know what they are doing but second time is the charm hopefully. I had them come out 3 weeks ago cause my furnace was not working. They came and fixed the problem I thought and my furnace worked for 3 weeks. Called them back and apparently my google nest thermostat wasn’t getting power due to older furnace. They switched wires and it’s “fixed” again with another service call and more money. What frustrates me is why wasn’t that looked at the first time they were called. The thermostat was never brought up till they came back a second time for the same error code. I will use someone else going forward so it gets fixed the first time.

Awesome. These guys are true professionals. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant. Pete was able to diagnose a problem that others couldn’t. Couldn’t be more impressed. We used them before and we will continue to work with them in the future. Best of the best !

Heard a weird humming noise coming from basement… Called HR Stewart and they sent someone out the next day. Plumber William arrived on time … quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it right away.

HR Stewart is an amazing company… very trustworthy!!
